Staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean. The location looked questionable but they hotel did offer a secured fenced in area for vehicles. |

Friendly staff and easy to get to. The Hotel is located a litte out of Reims but is in a good location to avoid city traffic to visit the wineries. Little public transport into the city from hotel. |

Helpful friendly staff, good facilities, clean comfortably room, good value for money and not too far from the City centre - approx 10 Euros in a taxi, a tram ride when they are complete. Shower was a bit small. |

Convenient for Reims, it was not your fault that the whole of Reims city centre was being upset because of traffic changes, but this obvoulsy effect us because of getting around. We felt somewhat trapped in our room. I domnt think enough was made of eating in the hotel, perjhaps iof some offers were made for available then more people may if in rather than going out. |

Cheap and cheerful and all we needed at that time... travelling from Dijon to Calais for the ferry so great to stop off in Reims and visit the local Champagne Caves. |

Excellent for stopover. Quite far out of city centre if you wanted to sight-see. On same site as a Leclerc which has very good cafeteria for no frills meal and also fuel. |

clean and comfortable..best beds yet. corridor lite comes on when leaving room. replenished chocolate croissants. free wifi in room and easy access to internet in bar. quiet (sat nite/sunday morn) secure parking with access via card key. bland but calm location. friendly staff. good tv (small channel range but we did not come to watch tv) the cappucino option on the machine it was yuk. go for the fresh brewed coffee. |

The hotel staff were excellent. Although this is a budget hotel, every effort was made towards customer care and service. The rooms and the public areas were very clean and the parking was secure. The hotel is conveniently located for the motorway network and still only a short drive to Reims city centre. Excellent value for money. The room we stayed in was quite small and did get very hot without any air conditioning. |

The manager waited for us even though we were quite late. Room was clean and nice. Room was too cramped for 3 people. (Rooms certainly ok for 1 or 2 guests) |

Very friendly and helpful staff. From time of booking in to checking out nothing was a problem to them. Bar prices very reasonable. Car parking secure and included in cost of stay. Breakfast value for money. Not a dislike but a car is essential. |
