Newly refurbished, fresh looking. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Coming back after dinner, the door was on the night lock. It was opened by the staff soon though. The hotel parking was full as well. |

Nothing, but it was close to town centre Open plan bathroom/bedroom. OK if sharing with partner, not so good if sharing with colleagues. Rooms small. Breakfast very expensive at 10 euros, can be bought at local boulangerie for quarter of price. |

Good package, close to city centre right in front of the castle, comfortable double bed room and very friendly and flexible staff, we had our breakfast late and we left our luggages for the whole day. very nice breakfast but not included in the price (€ 10 per person). |

Friendly staff, parking, very well situated almost in the center of Nantes, calm and nice room giving to the back yard. No plug for own hairdryer in the bathroom. Shower head leaked, wash basin a bit clogged |

The staff was excellent, service-oriented, and genuinely warm and friendly. Accommodations were clean and modern, beds were comfortable! Breakfast was also excellent, ample, fresh and tasty. Location was convenient, just steps to train station, metro and bus, but off of the noisy main street. Free wi-fi was a bonus. Nice view of Chateau de la Duchesse Anne, too. I really could not have asked for more...even my teenage sons were impressed with L'Hotel. I will definitely stay here each and every time I return to Nantes! |

The location of the hotel was perfect for a weekend trip to Nantes. It was right by the train station with beautiful views of the castle. The shower being part of the bedroom without a door was not really appreciated. I was travelling with a friend and this made it a bit awkward. |

Location could not be better for the centre of Nantes yet quiet. Close to to station and tram stop and to the main shopping and restaurants areas. All the staff were charming, welcoming and professional. The room(50) looked out over the Chateau and was modern, clean with very comfortable bed. Lovely continental breakfast. We will certainly stay again any time we visit Nantes. 10/10. |

The hotel had evidently been refurbished recently and was in very good condition. Comfortable room and good bathroom. Friendly staff. Pleasant room for breakfast. Could do with more storage space within the bedroom and robe hooks within the bathroom. |

Parking surveillé J'ai réservé une chambre avec salle de bain et vue sur le château que l'on m'a confirmée, et en arrivant je n'ai eu qu'une chambre avec salle d'eau sans baignoire, et avec une vue horrible sur cour. |
