As soon as there were more than 3 tables occupied, the service was, compared to the standards of the hotel, horrible.
Waiters were not attentive (although there were 3 waiters for ~10 tables) and ignored orders on purpose (the waiter nodded, repeated the order and did not follow it. Twice). Which wouldn't be that big deal, although the hotel advertises that their staff speaks, among other languages, english and the restaurant has a michelin rating.
Finally I thing it is impertinent to charge 5€ for a caraffe of tap water, even more if it comes with wine. Finally they charged drinks we did not have, which, together with the othe rincidents should not happen at a hotel with these standards.
The overall quality and standards of the building and facilities are very good, conserving the ambience of pastoral france and creating an atmosphere of well-being
