Wonderful view of the castle from our spacious room. Well stocked kitchen including good working fridge and microwave. Only news channel in English on television. No big deal for us as we had not gone to watch television. Sunday no receptionist available to book in with but proceedure information on paperwork easy to understand and follow. |

The hotel was truly excellent in every respect. It was a mere 500 metres by a pedestrian access to an entrance to the Cite. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to make my stay a thoroughly enjoyable one. Ten out of ten on every possible scale and most highly recommended. |

The position of the Hotel, and also underground parking. We found the staff very helpful, but honestly feel a charge of 10 euros for the breakfast way over priced. Having travelled through France and stayed at other Hotels, an excellent breakfast with hot food could be purchased for 6/7 euros. |

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only 5 minutes from the castle. Peaceful part of town. Good value for a two-storey family room, certainly on the dates we stayed (late October). Continental breakfast very expensive at 30 euros for a family of 4. That said, there was nothing other than laziness stopping us going to a supermarket and having breakfast in the room to save some money. |

Location is very good, special offer even bettered hotel rates that are quite attractive anyway, quiet, practical Since there are cooking facilities (kitchenette) there should be a sponge, some washing-up liquid and a linen towel, since these are definitely not items one takes on holiday. |

Peaceful and a convenient location for both the medieval city and local town facilities. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Kitchen area not equipped as well as it could have been. No detergents or washing up equipment. |

The staff were terrific -- they gave us a larger suite (1 bedroom/2 story) than we had booked as it was available for no extra charge. The location is wonderful -- so close to the old city and not far from everything else. The WIFI in the room was great. The view from the loft bedroom's skylight was absolutely amazing. The kitchenette could have some tea towels and dish soap. We solved that with supplies from Monoprix. The only toilet in the one bedroom/2 story suite is situated on the main floor, which is a trifle inconvenient. Everything else was great. |

As above mainly Breakfast extra and expensive, no bar or any sort of snack bar Self caterering facilities very poor in the lack of equipment to use therefore price of hotel a bit higher than I think justified |

Great location opposite one of the pedestrian entrances ( up a steep hill ) to the old city . The apartment was spacious and very clean . Ideal for families like ours with young children . Free Wi-Fi was also a welcome addition . The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay there again . Some other English language TV channels other than CNN would be nice . Also if I was staying again I would request a room at the back as the traffic can be quite loud early in the morning at the front if you have young children |

Loved the location, easily walkable to local sites. Helpful staff & well equipped appartment, it was great to have kitchen facilities. This year my elderly mother was impressed with the cleanliness, but last year I came with my husband and teenage daughter and we loved eating at the tables placed outside. An extra armchair or two would have made our stay more comfortable. |

Location - between the medieval city and the main town- walkable to everything. Having an apartment with kitchen facilities , dining area etc made it much more than a hotel room. Gym and jacuzzi a real bonus. WiFi very useful Only CNN in english on TV. Reception closing 12-2 and then at 6 on weekends so no eve access to gym and jacuzzi |

This is an excellent value apart hotel. It is within easy walking distance of the historic city and makes an excellent base fo visiting Carcossonne. The welcome by the receptionist was brilliant - she spoke good English and went to great trouble to ensure that we were comfortable |
