Being that Rang du Fliers is twinned withmy village of Ditton in Kent, England we have for many years had the pleasure of staying at La Barriere especially for 13/14 July to enjoy the festivities. We were able to introduce some long time friends for a stay of Monday/Tuesday 29/30 June 2009 and although the hotel is normally closed on a Monday, we were treated as long standing friends. My wife and myself are looking for to the next visit for the coming of Bastille Day in two weeks time.The 'enclosed' area for the doors to the rooms makes for good relaxation and fun for our group visiting for Bastille Day. Not being able to have accomodation at La Barriere means disappointment. We all look forward our stay at La Barriere - may it last for a long time! |

This is a hihghly recamendable hotel offering good rooms, superb food on the edge of the town. Secure locked parking is available if requested. Realy good value for money |

Friendly, welcoming staff. First-rate food, beautifully served. Quiet (at the back, in the courtyard, the trains do not disturb at all). Pleasant temperature in room. 1) TV wasn't important, but it was rather small! 2) Separate loo had no wash-basin. |

the welcome and owners were friendly and provided a secure parking at no extra charge but parking normally would be in an open carpark - not visible from rooms in courtyard - overall an enjoyable overnight stay owners dog around the bar area and the owner was waiting tables in restaurant inbetween stroking and fussing over his dog - i do not like dogs so perhaps i am biased but other people might find it a turn off too |

The hotel is very clean and the food in the restaurant is very good.The owner is friendly and speaks some English. The only criticism was the continental breakfast.Just one croissant and a sliced baguette with butter and jam.Very minimal for 6 euros. |

Very helpful, despite speaking very little English they waited up for us as we were late due to a local traffic accident. The appearance of the Hotel, was very pretty & did not disapoint, the beds were suprisingly comfy. the noise from the trains was a little intrusive., although loud they were not frequent, just a few in the morning.(it was a work/weekday) |

l'accueil est super,très accueillant,les chambres sont très bien et propres.Le resto de l'hôtel est très bien et très bon. L'hôtel n'est pas trop loin de la plage de berck,on peut s'y promener tranquillement.J'espère y retourner bientôt. |

Pour le prix nous avions tout le confort nécéssaire. Je suis valide mais j'ai remarqué que la chambre était accessible en fauteuil roulant.Le petit déjeuner était classique mais avec du pain en suffisance. Un rapport qualité prix tout à fait intéressant. J'ai apprécié |

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, le confort et la propreté de la chambre, la qualité gastronomique du restaurant. Un peu plus de variété dans la nourriture proposée au petit-déjeuner (yoghourt, fruits, jambon, fromage, ...) |

Ambiance chaleureuse et familiale dans ce petit hôtel. Patrons très sympas Il faut absolument résoudre la problème de tout à l'égoût qui "refoule" dans une chambre. Cependant, l'hôtelier très compréhensif nous a attribué une autre chambre. Merci |
