Attractive room which was good value for money.

Parking was not on-site (just across the road). Food was basic though hearty, and only fair value.

clean, friendly. two minute walk to bars and bakery.

next to railway line. trains didn't keep me awake thought. suspect they stop quite early.

Staff very friendly, food excellant, owner very pleasant and proud of his hotel which he should be. Would recommend this hotel.

Friendly welcome, host with a good sense of humour. Very secure parking if required (motorcycles can be left in a secure courtyard). Popular with locals and good food. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything, this is by far one of the best places I have stayed at. Even though it is next to a railway ,it does not bother you. The owner and his wife are a pleasant couple who make you most welcome. The room, food, wine and ser vice are excellant. This is the second time we have stayed, and definately will again.

Good, clean, friendly, comfortable accomodation with good access to the ports making it an ideal overnight or short stay hotel. Owner offered to allow me to keep my car inside the gates overnight this time around and stored some wine for a few days for me last time we stayed there.

Good value for money and cleanliness of bedroom.

Car park was just an open piece of land across the road to the hotel. Didn't feel it was very safe to leave car there. Dreadful smell of drains in the shower room. Complained to manager and he said it was because there had been a lot of rain. Sprayed room with an air freshener and told me to sleep with the window open. As bedroom was on the ground floor I did not think this was a good idea. He did offer later in evening to give me another room but I had unpacked by then.

People were nice . Food good

The railway was next door. Although it was not too bad until about 6am. The village was not very nice either.

Small, friendly unpretentious family run hotel; bar and restaurant full of local French - a very positive sign. I find this the ideal stopover on the way to, or returning from, further afield ( it is about 50 mins from Eurotunnel). Good food, friendly staff, clean rooms...all at an excellent price. I keep going back.

Staff ecellent, very sociable and helpful, and friendly! Super location, peaceful, little or no train noise, handy for Berck sur Plage, seaside! And shopping was very good, we had a super stay and would stay again, Value for money, good food, super patrons! All round, excellent value !!! Clean and good facilities in hotel bar etc. Safe parking across the road.

It was easy to get to from the a16 motorway. The staff were friendly and the food was very good. We wanted to book for our return journey but Booking.com said hotel was fully booked. We checked with the hotel on our departure and they only had four rooms booked for the date we wanted but we had already booked another hotel with Booking.com

Very freindly owners who certainly made us welcome on arrival and we were quickly shown to our accomodation. This was very clean as indeed was the whole of the complex , experienced a little noise from the trains but nothing which prevented a reasonable nights sleep. The small French restaurant at La Barriere we would certainly advice trying as the food was reasonably priced and very good. Pricing for the room was very reasonable , with the additional 8 euros for breakfast very much the norm in France but certainly not bad value.Certainly we would stay here again to break the journey up when travelling via Calais further west as an ideal stopping point on route.

No real negatives but if I were to be a little critical the proximity to the railway is possible one but do not let this put you off staying here.

Very clean. Good meal. Easy access from A16 autoroute.

The hotel was very friendly, it helped that we spoke French, they served very good food on a variety of fixed price menus, the breakfasts were excellent, the rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained. Ideally situated for visiting nearby golf courses, or Etaples, Montreuil, etc. For our "shopping" weekend it was near perfect.

L acceuil est tres chaleureux. La cuisine excellente.

Chambre un peu sombre mais il faut reconnaitre qu'il faisait un sale temps.

La propreté, l'accueil du patron (un personnage), le silence malgré la gare a proximité (mais il s'agissait d'un we donc pas beaucoup de trains). Les chambre sont bien équipée et propre, bonne literie.

La gentillesse et l'accueil du patron, la qualité du repas et enfin la propreté de la chambre

la proximité de la gare... mais on s'habitue vite au passage du train.

l'accueuil, la gentillesse du patron et du personnel, on s'y sent comme chez soit, les chambres toutes au rez de chaussée donnant sur une grande cour aménagée et fermée, enfin, un hotel que je recommande chaleureusement et si vous aimez bien manger, vous ne serez pas déçu. nous y retournerons.

L'accueil du patron, le cachet de la rénovation de l'établissementet et le confort en général.

Chambre très agréable, calme, donnant comme toutes les autres chambres sur une cour très sympa, toutes au rez-de-chaussée.

Prima hotel met nette kamers en gezellige binnenplaats die 's nachts door afsluiting met een hek een ideale motorstalling vormde.
