the location was very scenic with an enjoyable walk from the hotel up to the nearby village which was a hidden jewel in its self and well worth a visit. No but all the restaurants for miles around suffer from some flys in the summer but what can you do? |

Our stay at the hotel was very much made pleasant by the friendly quirky owner, who offered suggestions to activities, drives and great dinner recommendations as well. We got lost in the town and he gamely came in his scooter to 'collect' us. Breakfast at the hotel garden in the cool quiet morning was pretty much perfect for us. It is a relatively quick drive to the gorge and lake which shld not be missed. The sound proofing is bad. Perhaps some carpeting might help reduce the ceiling/floor noise and also add more warmth to the room. |

This place was quite charming. I loved our big room, comfortable bed, big bath tub, windows that opened overlooking the leafy garden. I loved the feel of the place. The host was helpful and kind. Breakfast was served for us in the garden under the trees. Very peaceful. Pleasant walk up to the village which is delightful. The price is probably a bit high compared with others in France |

It is within walking distance to the village. Nice decor. Good breakfast. The host was particularly helpful. The price of the room was too high. 70 € would be more fitting; or include breakfast in the 114€. |

Het hotel ligt net buiten de stad, ruime kamers en schoon. Via steil wandelpaadje ben je in ca. 10 min. in het centrum van Moustiers. Geen gedoe met parkeren dus. Denk wel aan een zaklamp als je in het donker terugggaat. Rustig gelegen, prima ontbijt in de tuin. Aardige eigenaar. relaxed. Vond het niet echt een probleem, maar een betonmolen op het terrein is niet echt de "Franse charme". |

Die Zimmer sind individuell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das umfangreiche Frühstück wird in einem wunderschönen Garten mit tollem unverbautem Blick serviert. |

Le cadre campagnard de cet hôtel un peu isolé du village et son accueillant jardin de curé ombragé nous a particulièrement plu. Le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux est remarquable. Pour un hôtel deux étoiles, le prix est assez élevé. Mais la proximité du village exceptionnel de Moustier-St-Marie explique cela. |

Netter, lustiger, kauziger Hotelbesitzer, der viele nützliche Tipps und Routenvorschläge gibt. Wir kamen erst abends gegen 22 Uhr an und da schon alle Restaurants in Umgebung die Küche geschlossen hatten, hat er uns noch ein tolles 3 Gänge Menü gekocht. Sehr guten Wein gabs auch. Das Zimmermädchen, das auch als Servicekraft aushilft, wirkt manchmal leicht genervt. |
