Situated on a quiet square in picturesque Collioure, this hotel is located a few feet from the beach. The hotel was renovated in early 2009 and features a contemporary style.

Out of season experience: did not feel welcomed as the hotel door was closed when we arrived, and if I had not spoken french, it would have been hard to communicate in telephone..
service, breakfast was very good quality, nice view from the (front) room.
to less space
Room was bright & airy. Location great.
Street noise interrupted sleep.
Good central location, friendly profession owner, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast good with quality conserves, tea, coffee and breads.
Wifi not good in my room but good in reception area. Owner is going to try to improve this matter.
The walki-in shower/toilet room meant you got wet going to the toilet!!
The location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable but fairly compact with a small bathroom. Fine for a short stay.
The owner was a bit uptight.
The town Lindsey from Lincoln incredibly helpful and courteous Simple but clean and comfortable rooms.
Should have arrived earlier and stayed longer!
What you may lack in room space in this gem, you will more than make up in it's location. Walk outside and the bustling sidewalks of Collioure greet you. The hotel is hosted by a very lovely lady, who takes pride in her place and her guests. Should you get to this lovely little hamlet, the Bona Casa is a good house to check into.
The only caveat that I can give you, not about the hotel, but about the town, is to find parking and don't move your car. Typical paid parking spots are good for only 4 hours. There is one place up the hill that has paid 24 hour parking, but other then that, if you have the good fortune to find a non paid (good for 24 hours plus) parking spot, count your blessings and don't move your car.
Room was nice with a view over roof tiles (although it was booked with a view of the patio?). Great location for the town and sight seeing. Collioure is fabulous.
It stated in our booking form that check in was between 2pm and 6pm. We arrived at just after two and the hotel was locked. We struggled with our cases and went for a coffee. After an hour we returned and it was still locked. We then lugged our cases to the local Tourist centre and they kindly phoned the Bona Casa for us - only to be told the receptionist was having her lunch and would we wait a further thirty minutes until she had finished.... Even the lady at the Tourist centre was in disbelief! This is NOT customer care. We were finally admitted at just after 4pm by a rather snooty woman who thought it was our fault, not hers. At this point she could not even find our booking and we had to wait around until she sorted it out. It was a nice hotel, but definitely not worth the hassle we were given.
Helpfulness of Dani, tho on street, shutters created quiet for sleep, Wi-Fi the best so far. Dani even loaned us her personal beach towels. Close to everything. Liked deco too, blue 'n white.
Minor: shower drained only if drain cover was removed. Might ask for one of the larger rooms next time as ours was teensy.
The settinbg was very close to the sea the out look although to the street was quiet. The room was bright and rustic.
This room was fine for my husband and I but would not have been suitable for any one with mobiltiy problems
Good quality furnishings, decor and breakfast in boutique original
Colioure very over subscribed. No parking at all near and needing maintenance to machines
Close to centre of town Clean Next to Carrefour deli
Owners absent from property in the afternoon Shower was tiny Only one bedside table in a double room The Carrefour trucks arrive to stock the shop next door at five in the morning......very noisy despite double glazing Car boot sale furnishings No cover on the duvet!!
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lovely family run hotel.Comfortable accommodation ,great location and wonderful staff that made us feel very welcome.Highly recommended
A charming, friendly, family-run hotel. Great location - just a couple of minutes from the town centre. Beautifully decorated in keeping with the old character building. Good quality furnishings and fittings. We loved sitting on our tiny 'terrace' looking out at the palm trees and roof tops.
Excellent location in the centre of the town, very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
A little hotel in the middle of a the most beautiful village. Best ice-cream on our Europe tour is three doors down from Hotel. A must see on your southern France holidays.
Location, view on to street. Bed very comfortable and clean. Lyndsay was excellent, so helpful.
The woman at reception seemed more interested in her shop than hotel. .
Excellent location with stunning views over the rooftops.
Superior room was smaller than we thought it would be.
Very close to the center of the village. Friendly acquaintance.
There was no parking. You had to search for place which wasn't an easy task because Collioure is very busy village. Moreover when you found one you had to pay for it. A table to write something on or to put your pc on would be interesting.
Room, view, staff
No wifi reception at all in rooms at top of hotel
Lovely B&B in a great location, moments from everything you'll want to see.
La Bona Casa is just lovely. Our family room was small but beautiful, nicely appointed and our two children loved their little adjoining room. We've struggled in the past finding suitable family accommodation and this was really perfect. The owners were pleasant and helpful at all times. The location is brilliant - a couple of minutes walk from the harbour with a great bakery and small supermarket just next door. Collioure is a lovely town and La Bona Casa the perfect place to enjoy it. We recommend it 100%.
Nothing not to like.
- Great location - Very Good Breakfast - Clean
- Wi-fi just works at reception - Balcony door did not close well
