The family room was actually two very large rooms (with adjoining doors) with full bathrooms. The ground floor annex is brand-new and had very nice furnishings and bathrooms. It was the newest place we've ever stayed in -- in France (after 3 years of living in Europe!) The breakfast was a standard French breakfast but the owners were very nice and friendly. If you want a hotel stay but not in the center of town (lots of construction with new tramway) I'd definitely recommend La Bonbonniere.

This hotel is wonderful, and in a beautiful old section of Dijon (Talant). Visitors should be aware that a car is required to get there -- there is no public transportation close by, which in our case was no issue. There hotel has an adjacent parking lot which is very convenient. The staff gave us recommendations to a great restaurant for dinner.

My welcome was warm and pleasant (the owners were very nice and friendly). Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The room was always clean and tide, and the bed was so comfort that I slept like a baby... To sum up, it's a very recommended hotel. I chose this hotel since it offered free services like Wifi, parking and breakfast. In addition, it is located in a very beatiful and quiet area. The room wasn't equipped with a kettle to make hot tea or coffee. Maybe it was possible to ask it from the owners.

Excellent location for an overnight stay on the way to the south of France. Comfortable rooms, private parking, good breakfast and very close to Dijon, a nice city with many good restaurants.

The location is wonderful and the staff really friendly. We had a ground floor room with French Doors opening onto a lovely terrace equipped with patio furniture. The only very slight criticism is the lack of restaurant or bar, this would be a wonderful asset to the hotel, although we found a very good reasonably priced restaurant in Dijon which is about a 10 minute drive away

The hotel was excellent from the point of view of cleanliness. There was work being carried out outside which when finished will make the garden area excellent I think, but hard to enjoy with all the noise etc going on (only temporary). The room had been updated and was excellent, but the en suite let it down as this was still in need of renovation - only a shower in the bath and not a stand up one. The hedge/trees at the back of our room and veranda area need trimming in order to enjoy the magnificent views and improve the feeling of space.

Very friendly staff and the location is not too far from city, The parking lot didn't have enough space, but perhaps it was due to the construction equipment and tools. This should be temporary.

While we did not require a lot the owners were very helpful with any of our queries or requests. When I asked for an iron they arranged for my shirt to be ironed. The breakfast was of a good quality and standard. Would certauly stay there again if in Dijon. A little isolated but not a problem if you have a car. I understand there is a bus service a short walk from the hotel.

l'hôtel situé au centre bourg de Talant est très confortable, accueillant, les chambres donnant sur terrasse et jardin sont parfaites pour un séjour avec un chien. petit déjeuner convivial dans un décor sobre mais original.

En 1er lieu, l'accueil est très agréable et fait oublier les actuels travaux de rénovation / réfection qui affectent la réception. Un petit souci rencontré dans la salle de bains a été aussitôt remédié par la maîtresse de maison, certes facilité par la disponibilité d'autres chambres mais tout de même le geste à été apprécié à sa juste valeur. Quant au petit déjeuner, il est de très bonne qualité, pain et viennoiseries frais, café / lait à volonté et, ceerise sur le gâteau servi avec...le sourire de Madame.
