Pleasant hotel; 'terrace' adjacent to road and car park opposite which seemed to be the only place to have a drink before dinner. Unfortunately I was violently sick after eating in the restaurant and both my husband and I had diarrhoea as well. Not sure why it merited a Michelin 1*

We had a lovely stay in the Hotel Bonne Etape, the rooms are individual and give a cozy country like feel. Lovely view over the pool. Breakfast was good too. Good parking. Dinner in the smaller restaurant "Au gout du jour" was adequate at 25 € , but as the other restaurant is a Michelin star restaurant you would expect something a little more original.

Very nice staff, great swimming pool, relaxing away from it all The hotel is resting on its Relais & Chateaux laurels a bit: it need a drastic refurbishment (carpets, rooms, etc) and we thought the dinner, although good, was very expensive for what it was.

Engaging, helpful reception staff; charming ambience of interior; spaciousness and comfort of suite Restaurant also full of charm (ambience), though staff were having a bad night (forgotten orders necessitated reminders); lack of elevator means that luggage has to be carried up and down stairs, but it's worth the effort and staff do offer to assist

Hotel roms ae tired and poorly equipped. Gentile shabiness would be the most generous description. No ventilation in the bathroom or toilet. Mould smell which hotel attempted to overcome with sickly sweet perfume oil. Air-conditioning doesn't work at all. No tea-making facilities. Television reception is fuzzy with no English language stations - just a few French and two German. Stairs everywhere but no lifts, Only one small female staff member at reception unable to lift heavy luggage. Breakfast unbelievably expensive - 21 euros.a person for "continental" breakfast or 30 euros for a full breakfast. .

Le choix des meubles, le confort, la propreté Les petits déjeunersqui ne sont pas conformes au standing de l'hôtel : pas de fruits frais, pas de fromages de chèvre frais (c'est la région), il faut réclamer des jus de fruits et du pain, bref, le buffet est très limité en comparaison à d'autres établissement du même standing

Chambre très belle et très confortable. Personnel très aimable. Belle piscine dans un environnement très agréable. Restaurant gastronomique très cher. Nous avons trouvé l’autre restaurant, réputé présenter des « plats simples et savoureux » très mauvais.

Hôtel dans style mas provençal. Chambre spacieuse, très chaleureuse, avec système de double porte pour isoler des bruits du couloirs. Gastronomie décevante.... Prix très élevés pour pas beaucoup de travail et de goûts/parfums dans l'assiette.....

Det var ikke muligt at få serveret udendørs på trods af et skønt varmt vejr. Kl. 22.30 midt I kaffen blev lyset slukket og hotellet lukket uden varsel. Maden levede ikke op til niveauet for et etstjernet Michelin reaturant - bortset fra prisen.

Aan een mooi zwembad te kunnen uitrsuten na een vermoeiende reis. Een compliment is het waard, dat de directie ons wees op de mogellijlkheid van een tweede en veel voordeliger restaurant onder de gelijke directie.

Hoewel de inrichting niet mijn smaak is (antiek) was dit een zeer prettig hotel om te verblijven. Je kunt zowel luxe als iets goedkoper eten (twee restaurants, waarvan een met Michelin ster). Mooi zwembad en ruime (kruiden)tuin. Leuk hotel om de omgeving te verkennen. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Denken mee en zijn zeer attent!!! Tijdens het verblijf deden niet alle zenders van de TV het niet. Hotel kon hier niets aan doen. Dit lag aan de kabelexploitant volgens de receptie. Zelf geen last van gehad, te mooi weer om in hotelkamer te blijven.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Zur Erkundung der Provence ist die Lage des Hotels perfekt. Es hat eine überschaubare Anzahl von Zimmern, so dass die persönliche Ansprache der sehr netten Mitarbeiter schnell gegeben ist. Die Küche ist hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich der Fernsehempfang könnte besser sein.

L'accueil,la gentillesse du personnel ,la présence attentive du chef d'établissement et la gastronomie ! J'ai regretté la multiplication des marches (ceci etant dû a la conformation du batiment )pour le couple de notre âge !l'ancienne entrée par la rue ,quoique moins pratique ,était plus confortable !

Superior Doppelzimmer ist fensterlos. Nur eine Türe geht ebenerdig in den Garten und Hotelvorplatz. WIll man diese nachts aus Sicherheitgründen schliessen, ist kaum Luft zum atmen! Restaurant und Frühstück völlig überteuert. Dafür unnötiger Schickimicki, der mehr zum Schmunzeln Anlass gibt, als von gehobenem Stil zeugt.
