Friendly staff & excellent grounds for the dogs :)!

Loved the staff, the discrete luxury, the light, the park and the fact that it feels more like a luxurious family home than a hotel.

My one gripe is that while the bed is huge nd comfortable, the bedding is not up to scratch--it's too small for the size of the bed. The sheet is too narrow, the covers too narrow and short. As a result you spend the night pulling the covers around you. The place deserves huge, comfortable duvets. Small gripe, but it made for uncomfortable and cold nights!

Food was disappointing, as it was "heavy" and rich, lacking subtlety that we expected.

It was lovely. The staff were lovely. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The decor was divine and our room was spotless.

We only stayed for one night, it was rather romantic and beautifully atmospheric. My only slight complaint would be breakfast was rather expensive.

Location - very close to Limoges airport Peaceful location - very quiet and had a fabulous sleep! Warm welcome from staff and very professional at all times. Lovely breakfast in gorgeous surroundings.

Liked everything! The staff was exceptionally attentive. The grounds surrounding the hotel are lovely. The public spaces inside it are beautiful - filled with works of art. The rooms are large and well appointed. Dinner was outstanding - a real adventure as well as delicious. With five servers hovering around, even before the food we ordered arrived, we were offered small cups of asparagus soup, a Chinese tablespoon of pâté and another of diced fennel. Dinner was pricey but very memorable. In short, the stay was great and will be remembered as the best of our trip.

We were on the third floor but staff carried up our luggage.

The lovely old house features...staircase, beams etc andits peaceful grounds to wander in. Nearness to the airport.

No coffee facilities in the room

Le personnel particulièrement attentif à vos moindres désirs. Un trés joli parc une cuisine rafinée de haute qualité (menu 39-55- 90 €) Le chef de cuisine passe en salle pour des commentaires. Une ambiance "chateau"

Aurai préféré un petit déjeuné self service plutot que servir uniquement ce que l'ont a besoin. (17 €)

Insonorização entre as casas de banho dos quartos (as pessoas do quarto ao lado pareciam estar dentro da minha casa de banho). O restaurante estava fechado e isso não estava referido no site.

Tout. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et aimable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour la chambre à 80€. Bonne table gastronomique : j'ai choisi le menu à 55€ et je n'ai pas été déçu. Le prix du petit-déjeuner peut sembler excessif mais les produits sont faits "maison";

La carte du restaurant gastronomique ainsi que sa qualité. Aucun menu végétarien, pas de fruits de mer, une cuisine peu moderne, et vraiment une qualité très médiocre.

La situation de l’hôtel, près de Limoges, dans un parc très agréable. Un repas gastronomique de premier ordre. Le calme du lieu. Des chambres de bon confort.

Excellent accueil et service. Belle résidence dans un parc + piscine. Un petit coin de paradis. Très reposant.

Le confort, la cuisine et l'amabilité du personnel.

La chambre était au deuxième étage , sans ascenseur,il nous aurait été impossible d'y transporter nos bagages, heureusement il y avait un bagagiste.

L'hôtel est entouré d'un grand parc magnifique et l'endroit est exceptionnel.Le dîner était excellent.

Le matelas de notre chambre n'était plus très confortable.

Cadre très bien , chambre au 2ème étage sous toit mais confortable,personnel à l'acceuil très agréable.

Par contre le dejeuner du matin est une arnaque 19 Euros par personne pour un choix très spartiate (pas de libre service),c'est la première fois que nous payons si cher pour si peu ...

1.- côté route assez bruyant 2.- il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir se doucher debout, sous peine d'"arroser" la salle de bains: paroi en verre ou rideau?
