Receptionist was excellent. She printed off a route map for journey the next day.
Very urgent action needs to be taken in room 115. I burnt my hand on the bedside lamp which was far too hot. Needs to be changed urgently for low voltage bulbs. If a pillow touched the lamp could easily cause a fire. Breakfast was not well organised. Run out of coffee & hot milk 20 minutes before breakfast was due to finish. Only one staff member looking after breakfast & reception. Could not get TV to work. Could not get wi fi signal
Staff was helpful even with limited English and our bad French. Rooms were clean and comfortable. patio in back and bar was pleasant
climbing up two tiled steps to get into shower with no railing
It was a pieceful and quiet hotel. It is ideal for people who like to relax and run away from the city noise. Big towns are close so if u want to visit them you can do it easily. I recommend it to everybody. I got a bottle of wine at the end from the hotel and it was a very polite gesture. I really enjoyed it. Thanks
There is nothing I did not like
Modern, recently refurbished room and en-suite
Beware; most rooms haven't been upgraded yet and feel a little 'tired'
Reception was helpful when she finally arrived.
Reception closed 4 hours and no lift. WiFi kept dropping out. Definitely not 3-star.
