Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 30,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The accomodation was more spacious than a regular hotel room.It was convenient to have a light meal and breakfast in the room. There was insufficient lighting in the room. Breakfast was expensive |

Its central position for visiting both Deauville and Trouville. Hotel sauna facility was ok since it rained for the day. We had a room on the 1st floor at the front of the hotel. The room was very hot and stuffy (no air/c) and we could not open the windows due to the noise from the main road. The room itself was small and drain smell coming from both bathroom and the toilet was a bit too much. Reception took note of our comments and said that action would be taken |

Very nice and lovely place. Very friendly staff. Pay attention that staff is not on duty 24 hours and it is out in the late evening. But after short communication with staff I have goot all necessary instruction for hotel access in the evening. Everything was easy and safe. Very good pool! |

Nice hotel for family with young children. Good location with a short walk to both the beach and the center of town. Indoor pool and hot tub were excellent and the on-site parking was very convenient. The hotel staff were both pleasant and helpful. |

The swimming pool was excellent, the kitchenette was really fully-equipped and staff was friendly (but stressed, see below). Wifi didn't work in our apartment, only in the kitchenette. Two room cleanings were included, but making of 1 (of 2) bed(s) and changing of towels is not how we define "cleaning". Cleaning staff seemed understaffed and stressed. The reception was well-staffed, but seemed somewhat confused. |

The kitchenette was ideal for us to provide our own breakfast & to keep the beer & wine cold! We made good use of the pool, jacuzzi & steam room. The hotel is well situated for the centre of Deaville, with bars, restaurants etc. |

l odeur de javel qui vous saisit dè-s que vous pénétrez dans la résidence . De plus nous n avons pas eu de chance : nous avons récupéré notre 2 pièces avec une odeur de poisson ( impossible d ouvrir le frigo ou de mettre quelque chose à l intérieur tellement l odeur était présente ) et cela a duré tout notre séjour . situation anormale dans un soi disant 4 étoiles |

On a aimé l accueil des concierges qui nous expliquent tres bien les environs,la chambre on a été supris car elle était plus grande que prévu,sur le sit sa paraissait plus petit. On avait vu sur le jardin. On a été surpris aussi par la petite cuisine tres bien équipé! la salle de bain aussi bien.. Passons aux critiques, j avais lu sur le sit que y avait du bruit dans l hotel,alors on a passés la nuit de vendredi 11 au samedi 12 novembre il y avait pas de bruit,mais j avoue au matin y avait des bruits de meubles, concernant les lits c est m importante quoi,on avait 2 petits lits coler on étais énerver car quand on vient en couple c est enervant le creu!!! la piscine pique aux yeux beaucoup,le jaccuzzi est pas mal,le sauna et hamman terrible! ramener vos propre serviette de piscine par contre au lieu de critiquer l hotel... Y avait un seche cheveux pour ma copine,salle de bain était bien!!. le parking est payant c est du m importante quoi!!! franchement c est abuser!!! on peut se garer dans la grande avenue. Sinon satisfait |

Sa situation dans Deauville Nous n'avons toujours pas trouvé ce qui justifiait les 4 étoiles : appartement salle, mal agencé, personnel désagréable, lit inconfortable. Pour un hotel Spa pas de fourniture de peignoir même quand nous avons voulu en louer un, serviettes à louer pour aller à la piscine et au spa. Un comble pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avions pris le risque malgré les mauvaises critiques d'y séjourner. A déconseiller. |
