The accomodation was more spacious than a regular hotel room.It was convenient to have a light meal and breakfast in the room. There was insufficient lighting in the room. Breakfast was expensive |

Easily accesible to town and easy to find, clean rooms The unexpected charge to use towels for the swimming pool and expensive breakfast at 13eur each! No bar/catering facilities for guests arriving in the evening. |

Location and helpful staff Lack of beverage facilities in room, dirty carpets in corridors, when leaving beds have to be stripped by ourselves and bins emptied.....not expected in 4 star hotel. |

Its central position for visiting both Deauville and Trouville. Hotel sauna facility was ok since it rained for the day. We had a room on the 1st floor at the front of the hotel. The room was very hot and stuffy (no air/c) and we could not open the windows due to the noise from the main road. The room itself was small and drain smell coming from both bathroom and the toilet was a bit too much. Reception took note of our comments and said that action would be taken |

Very nice and lovely place. Very friendly staff. Pay attention that staff is not on duty 24 hours and it is out in the late evening. But after short communication with staff I have goot all necessary instruction for hotel access in the evening. Everything was easy and safe. Very good pool! |

Nice hotel for family with young children. Good location with a short walk to both the beach and the center of town. Indoor pool and hot tub were excellent and the on-site parking was very convenient. The hotel staff were both pleasant and helpful. |

The swimming pool was excellent, the kitchenette was really fully-equipped and staff was friendly (but stressed, see below). Wifi didn't work in our apartment, only in the kitchenette. Two room cleanings were included, but making of 1 (of 2) bed(s) and changing of towels is not how we define "cleaning". Cleaning staff seemed understaffed and stressed. The reception was well-staffed, but seemed somewhat confused. |

The rooms were clean and by French standards of good size. Good location, close to all facilities We had a two room unit, rooms were not serviced daily. |

Is this hotel really the 4 star? There was no partition in the shower place. The sink was kept clogged, and cigarette butt was left before our arrival. This is true story. |

The kitchenette was ideal for us to provide our own breakfast & to keep the beer & wine cold! We made good use of the pool, jacuzzi & steam room. The hotel is well situated for the centre of Deaville, with bars, restaurants etc. |

Location, facilities, friendly staff, low-season price, clean & relatively spacious room with kitchenette (never used it) A bit old furniture & uncomfortable (hard) beds, studio rooms are not cleaned every day, swimming pool linnen & parking is not included in the price |

Sa situation dans Deauville Nous n'avons toujours pas trouvé ce qui justifiait les 4 étoiles : appartement salle, mal agencé, personnel désagréable, lit inconfortable. Pour un hotel Spa pas de fourniture de peignoir même quand nous avons voulu en louer un, serviettes à louer pour aller à la piscine et au spa. Un comble pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avions pris le risque malgré les mauvaises critiques d'y séjourner. A déconseiller. |

Un hotel luxueux a un prix abordable avec la détente en plus (piscine, hammam, sauna et jacuzi) Ca aurait été agréable de pouvoir profiter de la piscine et du sauna, hammam, jacuzi la nuit également puisqu'il n'ay a pas lieu d'avoir de surveillance |

La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel, la propreté des chambres et parties communes de l'hotel. La piscine, le jacuzzi ainsi que le sauna et hammam ouverts jusqu'à 21h30 qui permettent de bien se détendre. La piscine et le jacuzzi beaucoup trop chlorés au bout d'un moment on a les yeux qui piquent. |

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Apt. mit Kitchenette und Spülmaschine. Super zur Selbstversorgung mit der ganzen Familie (Bäckereien und Einkaufen 5 Minuten zu Fuss). Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr schöne Lage für Stadt- und Strandbesuch ohne Auto. Schwimmbad auch mit Kleinen Kindern nutzbar, gepflegt, sauber und recht gross. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden, Wechsel täglich, daher zusätzliche(!) Handtücher (Gebühr von 1Euro) nicht nötig (und wenn, absolut ok). |

La proximitée du centre ville de deauville et la piscine pour une fois chauffée Pour une residence hoteliere il manquait le seche cheveux,le tire bouchon et le casse noix(pratique en bord de mer pour les crustaces)De plus le lendemain matin nous avons retrouve une bouteille de champagne dans le jacuzzi,c'est pas tres serieux,sans parlé du désagrement sonore toute la nuit |
