Staff was excellent, rooms clean / comfortable, close to downtown - actually at the top of a "round about" - very convenient. Perfect for families, nice little balcony, fully equipped kitchen, easy access to freeway and close to Carfour (combined grocery, cloths, electronics, bakery, home goods). Local inhabitants are VERY friendly!! |

nice, friendly staff. clean, new hotel with nice facilities. not very close to city center but its a nice, easy 10 min. walk. The breakfast is very basic and for 15 euro per person you can get a better one in one of the caffe's by the old harbor... |

Within walking distance of honfleur.Nice modern rooms with optional cooking facilities. The room we syayed in was very small.We would have liked a kettle to make our tea and coffee. |

Hotel is close to Honfleur so it is easy to walk into town. Use of kitchen area in studio very useful. Hotel is comfortable and adequate for needs of exploring the area, but can be noisy at night time. Studio was very limited for space and I'm not sure the hotel is worthy of the 4 star category it is supposedly to be awarded. Please note there is no provision of safety deposit box at this hotel. |

The apart/hotel had a very well equipt kitchen. The beds and sofa bed was very comfortable. The pool , sauna & hamman were all very nice. The fact it was situated just off of a small but busy roundabout was not advertised. I would have liked reception to be open at night although we were given a entry code to let ourselves in. |

The hotel is cosy and people are friendly. It's not in the center of the village, but quite easy to get there. the shower was in a corner without nothing to protect form splashing water.It was prepared for disable people, but for capable was very unconfortable. The bathroom was a swimming pool after a shower!! and nobody cleaned the room. The rooms are little appartments but at least, the could have cleaned the bath, not just changing the towels. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were very neat. Due to an issue with the translation of the side, I was know at the hotel only via my first name, which made it very difficult to get signed in as they did not find back my reservation. The hotel is situated on the outside of the city, but there is not an easy and "save" way to go to the city by foot. |

The hotel is brand new, very clean and the room was very spacious. Very close to downtown Honfleur. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool, sauna, and steam bath. |

Hotel is very new, good facilities and very friendly staff. It was also good value for money compared to some options in the centre of town. I would have preferred an more authentic french hotel but that is purely personal preference. |

Check-in time was 1600-2000. We arrived at 1915. Reception was closed. Not a single soul to be found in the hotel!! Couldn't check-in. Called their Emergency Numbers which the hotel posted at the entrance, but only voice mail, left message, but no return call. Waited for half an hour. Was about to go when an American couple arrived who told us that they got there at 1700 but the reception was already closed. They spent two hours asking around and eventually got a hotel which helped to call another La Closerie who then managed to somehow find that our keys are locked in a safe hidden away. The also found out the code to open the safe, then we got our key. The next morning we asked Reception, to which the reply was: "Ah, we closed exceptionally early yesterday. Sorry!!". Couldn't even imagine how a Hotel can possibly operate that way with ALL staff leaving early leaving their paid guests totally stranded and not able to checkin at all!! I have travelled all these years and this is the first time I ever encountered such irresponsible hotel. The hotel must also had been recently renovated for it was full of stinky renovation smells which makes one feel very uncomfortable. |

The hotel is brand new. Therefore, it is in excellent condition. The spa/swimming pool area was large and well done. The value for the large room and kitchen was quite good. The service was friendly and helpful. The hotel was about 500 - 750 meters outside of the historic part of Honfleur. Access to the historic town was via a busy road with no sidewalks or bike lanes. Therefore, access to town was not as easy as expected. Additionally, although the current facilities are new and clean, the materials used in construction (doors, fixtures, elevator) are not of high quality. |

La résidence est neuve et de ce fait en parfait état; la piscine chauffée fin octobre ce qui est très agréable avant d' aller se détendre au hammam ou au sauna; Pas pris de petit déjeuner car coin kitchenette ds la chambe. Accueil parfait des hotesses. |

Mooi en proper hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Is niet echt een apartement maar een kamer met een piepkleine kitchenette (afwasbakje, koelkastje, kookplaatje). Hotel ligt net iets te ver van het centrum. |

de vriendelijkheid en de service-gerichtheid van het receptie personeel die altijd klaar stonden en op elke mogelijke vraag een passend antwoord gaven bv welke uitstap en hoe we daar best kwamen; welke zijn de ekslusieve restaurants enz enz.Ontbijt zeer gevarieerd.en voldoende keuze. aan het confort van de badkamer kan verbetered worden; vb iemand die wil douche moet met de sproeier in de hand staan en om in het bad recht te komen is niet evident voor iets minder mobiele mensen/ |

La piscine est très agréable et la décoration assez recherchée, style anglais-campagne.... Mais alors pas du tout:Au petit déjeuner le Dimanche vers 10heures- rupture de viennoiseries,de pain, toasts, yaourts.demandes répétées de pain tout simple et refus(il fallait le faire chauffer...)résultat 20Minutes d'attente, soit le temps du p-déj sans pain....pas acceptable, surtout le refus du pain ! |
