Hotel Antares is near the center of the city of Honfleur and just over 1 mile from the port. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a hammam, a sauna and massage treatments.

Score from 1080 reviews Excellent
This charming property, formerly a post office, features lovely rooms overlooking the port and provides the ideal backdrop to a Honfleur family vacation or business trip.
Score from 488 reviews Good
Set in remodelled former stables, B&B Le Fond de la Cour is located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Honfleur and its port.
Score from 205 reviews Wonderful
accommodation, very good breakfast. room had more space than usual and adequate kitchen facilities if self catering needed. reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful.
coffee machine a breakfast depleted continuously! a bit far from Honfleur centre for our purposes, but still easy walking distance. overpriced for what it is.
Good Breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean hotel
No air conditioning (hot at night).
Well equipped apartment for a young family. Easy place to stay for a night to visit Honfleur. Great breakfast. Good parking.
Room very small and not serviced until 4pm
Great private parking - excellent as I have a motorbike and didn't want to have to park in one of the town centre public car parks; lovely ambience and really clean, light and spacious room.
Pool and gardens were excellent
Cost is prohibitive for what it is. No soap in toilet, even when I asked room service they had none. Nowhere to hang a hand towel in toilet.
Walkable to town centre and supermarket. Nice one bed apartment, big enough for 4 and well equipped. Swimming pool was a bonus.
Shame it is on a main road but we weren't disturbed by the traffic. Couple of items were not working properly but these didn't impinge on our enjoyment.
Location Rooms Staff Price
Bathroom/shower starting to look a little 'tired'
Size of apartment Very clean Easy access Pool & facilities
Not as close to Honfleur as originally hoped
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was quite nice - considering some of the reviews I wasn't expecting much but it was good. The apartment was ok but it was expensive I think. The walk into Honfleur was fine only 10 mins max and its a lovely place, walk alongside the road in the new housing estate for a quieter route to town,
Low quality bedding and sheets, airless and stuffy but noisy if the window was open too wide - we were facing the road- although you can get rooms the other side. No tea and coffee provided, a bit mean!! , a bit small for the cost of the apartment. WiFI on and off all the time.
The master bedroom was plush, with high quality linen and comfy pillows. Both living room and master had separate balconies looking out upon harbor. I experienced the sun rising over the harbor. It was gorgeous. Breakfast was outstanding, with variety of cheeses and cereals and breads and juices, plus soft-boiled eggs and fresh fruit. My husband and son enjoyed the sauna and pool. Very close to drive to harbor. Very pleasant place to stay.
Not truly an "apartment"; more like a hotel. Although master bedroom was large, including large bathroom, the living room had little space for pull out couch bed. BUT: for a short stay with kids, price/value definitely worth it.
The second room we were allocated was clean and airy, looking out over the Lidl towards the Bridge of Normandy. The pool itself was fine although the outlook is over some industrial buildings - not pretty. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and staff made sure supplies were topped up. La Closerie is within a 15 minute walk of the restaurants in Honfleur if you are a fast walker. More if you are not. The ratings given are based on the average of one poor room and one acceptable room.
Room 1 was dark and smelled stale. Kitchen units and bins are within 3 feet of the bed. The room is at the side of the building and the patio doors open onto a tarmac drive after which the ground rises steeply, so there is little natural light into the room.. The only ventilation to Room 1 is patio doors onto a drive next to the car park. No security so you must try to sleep in a hot, unventilated area without air-con. Open bins and a pigeon loft just a couple of yards from the patio doors, so open the doors for air and the room is inundated with insects. Staff used the area directly outside the patio doors to Room1 to smoke and chatter and only moved when we opened the doors. Staff access the kitchens next door to Room 1's patio doors, so we were woken by equipment moving at 6:15am and then disturbed again by a loud motorised scooter/bike driving past the doors shortly afterwards. There are no staff on site between 7pm and 9am and nobody answers the phone number given for an out of hours manager - either to us or the Bookings staff, (with whom we made our reservation). Most annoyingly, the Receptionist told us there were no other rooms available when we asked for an alternative room on our first night. When at 9am on day 2, we told her the situation was intolerable and we were leaving, she showed us a clean, bright empty room on the ground floor and said she could move us to an identical room on the second floor. Had we been moved on the first night as was clearly possible, we would have been satisfied. When I asked why she hadn't offered this room the previous day, she said the room was on the ground floor and we would have had the same problems with light. This was patently incorrect as the aspect of that room was entirely different.
We stayed here for 1 night on our way to the Loire. The room was a decent size and with a small balcony. The pool was small but enough for a night girl the kids to have a swim. There is a supermarket across the road if you don't want to pay for breakfast at the hotel. Very clean rooms. Walking distance to the town centre.
Great accommodation for families. Good location- nice short walk into port of Honfleur. Lovely helpful staff.
Kids loved the pool
It seemed on booking.com that we had to book an apartment in order to sleep 2 adults and children and we would have preferred a family room as we did not need kitchen facilities. Would have preferred a bath rather than wet room
Not too far to walk. Excellent facilities. Pool was great. Good car parking. Very good value for money.
Close to town but not so close as to be noisy
No footpath outside hotel. Had to cross a duel carriageway with two kids to walk anywhere
Had an excellent 1 night stop over here. The kitchen facilities were excellent and meant you needn't be tied into the hotel breakfast - although we actually did and enjoyed it! Loved the pool - a must for our teenage boys. Pleasant 15 min walk in to Honfleur. Would definitely stay here again.
We asked to move upstairs to a room with a balcony and view. There was no problem at all in doing this. Receptionist very sympathetic.
First apartment on ground floor had very small garden adjacent to car park.
The room was very comfortable with plenty if space and a kitchen area
Wifi did not work well
Breakfast was very good Swimming pool, sauna etc we're well maintained. Although not suitable for very young children as no shallow end. Rooms were very clean and it was very quiet. We also arrived very late but the instructions provided by reception caused no problem
We liked it all but it does have a vEry limited kitchen if you were staying longer, we only had 2 nights.
Great rooms ask for 201 or 202 only rooms with balconies overlooking pool. So great position. Rest overlook main road and car park. 10 min walk to Honfleur good location. Good basic comfortable hotel with nice staff .
Nobody at reception from 9pm. Closed and need security code to get in!
