We stayed in the campanile at Arras because we were informed...
We stayed in the campanile at Arras because we were informed just the day before that the Bethune one was closed. I rang the hotel direct and asked if the restaurant was open and was assured it was for evening meals and breakfast. After a very long drive from the north of England, we arrived to find that the restaurant was not open for meals just for breakfast. I was then told I could drive into Arras if I wanted something to eat.!! To top it all, there were no tea making facilities in the room. Not happy.

Aside from that, hotel was fine for the amount paid & very convenient for the autoroute.JonUnited Kingdom
