Set in remodelled former stables, B&B Le Fond de la Cour is located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Honfleur and its port.
Score from 197 reviews Wonderful
Located in Honfleur, this B&B is set in an 18th-century house just a 5-minute walk from the town centre. It features a landscaped garden and has views of the Seine Estuary and Normandy Bridge.

The room smelt stale. The carpet needed a better vacuum and the bathroom didn't shine with cleanliness. The breakfast offered no fruit and the woman serving was gruff.
Small amount of road noise
The excellent modernisation of a former 17th century convent to provide extremely attractive and comfortable accomodation. The hotel is just a 5-min walk from the harbour & restaurants in Honfleur and the incline is not too steep as in many other parts of the town.
Parking nearby can be a challenge otherwise "what's not to like?"
Loved courtyard garden, it was an oasis of calm. Rooms were very clean and well laid out. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast delicious with homemade cakes every morning. Great location.
Unfortunately intermittent wifi, as the owner explained the hub had broken that morning. We could however get it by sitting in the courtyard. Parking a little tricky if you have not pre booked a space with owner.
Did not look very inviting from outside but inner courtyard was welcoming. Nicely refurbished property. We had the suite on the top floor. Big room with seperate kitchen. We paid extra 10 euros for secure parking behind electric close boarded gates, which was worthwhile as parking could have been a problem.
Tight spiral staircase. Although only about 300m from harbour it was all uphill on way back on cobbled stones. No air con or fan. Two windows opened but but meant you could not close blinds so the bright light woke us in the morning early.
Fantastic location - 5 min walk from the harbour. Great mini apartment. Loved the garden & breakfast room. Martine's breakfast - particularly her apple tart.
Wi-Fi did not work
Lovely courtyard setting, in old part of town. Beautiful setting. Owners were charming and helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Lovely room, lots of space and well equipped bathroom.
Wifi was up and down a lot, so frustrating. A small niggle was the duvet was rather too heavy and warm for July, and the pillows were rather hard, and ready for replacement.
Loved location, available parking for reasonable fee (a must on Honfleur. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. Note: payment in cash. ( I didn't pay attention). I would highly recommend it.
The stairs to some rooms we we steep, but the owner will help you.
The setting of the courtyard was beautiful. The breakfast was good and included in the price of the room. The room itself was excellent, especially the bathroom facilities once you got there!
Access to our room was extremely awkward up some steep and winding stairs. The was nowhere to unload the car when we arrived and no help with the luggage. There was no bar. Having to pay the bill in cash was very inconvenient - having to go and search for a cashpoint.
Large room, nice location.
No tea or coffee etc supplied. No English channels on TV. Extremely steep and dangerous stairway to our room. We are over 60. Able to hear conversation of couple in room below. Breakfast disorganised. No cereal bowls, simple meal but okay.
We were greeted warmly by Monsieur Giaglis and he assisted us with our luggage to our room. Our room was clean, large, and comfortable. We enjoyed the homemade apple tarts for breakfast. The location was an easy walk to the town center. Yes, we would stay at La Cour Sainte Catherine again. Merci, Liliane et Antoine.
Everything. The staff were lovely and very friendly. The first night we stayed in the garden and we were provided with an excellent choice of meats, cheese, bread and wine at a very minimal charge. We are a retired couple plus a very good friend and were returning from D-Day beaches. Stayed 2 nights, my friend said she could have stayed for ever. The breakfasts were amazing and the rooms so lovely, one very classic and one very contemporary.
everything people were so kind lovely placewill go again.
Lovely setting, traditional French Breakfast, close to town
Would have liked the facility to make a hot drink..
What a wonderful place! My wife and I had a night at St Catherine , and wish we could have stayed longer . The place has got so much character , owners and staff are second to none and " Les gateaux de Martine " au petit déjeuner !!!!!
Great location within walking distance of all Honfleur attractions. Very well decorated and comfortable room. Quirky hosts, great local produce for breakfast.
Parking close to the hotel is a challenge. Beware that you may have a long walk. Only being able to pay cash.
Our suite for its size & layout, the central courtyard, the location.
We loved our stay at la cour st Catherine. It was so pretty and we had a fantastic room. The breakfast was homemade produce and the staff were very friendly. We went with our two month old baby and they had set up a cot for him in our room. It's just a two minute walk into the centre too. Perfect for us and I would recommend it to anyone. We paid 130 euros for our suite which was really big overlooking the pretty courtyard. We had a roll top bath too so great value for money. :)
All of it. What could be better than 5-star rooms around a pretty courtyard garden in the middle of the most beautiful town in France!
Lack of parking
The willingness to provide us with a coffee in the afternoon, when we came back tired out. Excellent piping hot water, and an excellent shower. The quality of the breakfasts - super.
The inability to pay by credit card in this modern age! The beds were TOO HARD. The seats in the bedroom were very uncomfortable. No DVD player.
Lilliane and her Team were great, made us very welcome and greatly assisted us in locating and booking restaurants for us.
Cannot find fault
Ambience and peace
Bit dark In bedroom with dreaded energy saving light bulbs
I requested a room which was not under the roof and my request was immediatly respected. Very nice hospitality with a good balance between availability when needed without being overwelming. Very nice and tastefully decorated B&B. We will come back.
The garden and the ambiance.
The steep stairs.
My father and I arrived sick from food poisoning and the staff were so lovely and sympathetic. They offered us a room each so we could rest and be more comfortable. We stayed an extra night and when we felt better we could enjoy the yummy breakfast. Lovely, lovely people and beautiful rooms. Honfleur is a lovely little town as well.
