Very convienant for center of town, resteraunts, chateau and gardens. The resteraunt was not available (this was not mentioned at time of booking). The family room was very cold as the heating was not working,by the time we found this out reception was closed. |

I liked that the room was spacious and the grounds very beautiful and atmospheric The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was soft and did not seem to be of good quality. |

Garden and swimming pool. The service was friendly. The hotel is run down, but it has a very good potential when it will be eventually renovated. It has a good location, quite central, but needs re-doing. |

A very warm thanks to the young and very serviceminded person, who helped us finding our lost bag at the parking lot, the day we checked out. Thank you so much !! The old world charm, free internet access Poor communication from staff - lack of staff - the non-availability of close parking - shuffling to and fro with luggage - noise during the night. |

We liked the crumbling charm of the hotel and the fact that it used to be Napolean's stables... |

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated the free internet service. Unfortunately I do not speak or read French, so I am not able to complete this survey. But I was very please with the hotel |

Good central location yet quiet. The coutyard is nice and a good place to relax, but the buildings have seen better days. The family room is large with two separate bedrooms, but last undated prior to the French revolution! OK as a base for a short visit to Fontainebleau, but if you want luxury look elsewhere. |

The location was central.. After a long drive from Germany we were disappointed when we went down to dinner that there was a private function and they wouldn't or couldn't accommodate us. No mention of this when we booked inat reception. |

The rooms are spacious, and the garden is pleasant. The hotel is very near the center of the town, yet the street and the hotel are pleasantly quiet. The hotel is very convenient for visitors to the Chateau Fontainebleau. The staff that we dealt with were friendly and efficient. There is no elevator. The maintenance of the building should be better. For example, there is peeling paint on the outside and the inside in some areas. There are too few staff. While we were staying there, the front desk was mostly not staffed. |

Staff were very pleasant, rooms quite modern, especially the bathroom! Some of the chairs could be updated/fixed |

The hotel is very central yet quiet. It is currently being refurbished in a sympathetic way. The gardens are lovely. One staff member in particular was very friendly and helpful. All staff were very kind to our children. Apart from one individual, we barely saw any staff!! The reception was never manned that we could see and the bar was only open when Nikolai was on duty. Although the weather was good, we were not allowed to use the pool as it was closed until May - we were not advised of this prior to booking and this was our main reason for using the hotel. |
