La Villa Vicha, The Originals Relais, hotel in Aubais

Just 30 minutes from Nîmes and Montpellier, in the Gard village of Aubais, our haven of peace is taking shape.

Friendly staff (Reservation & breakfast). Small bungalows in the green. The possibility to park in front of the PMR room (wheeling chair) was good since most of the ways in the park are not so practical.

La Passiflore, hotel in Aubais

An 18th-century house located 656 feet from Vergèze Train Station, La Passiflore offers a garden, bar, restaurant, free newspapers, and Wi-Fi is free of charge in the entire property.

It was a delight. A beautiful courtyard welcomes you and the house is nicely decorated. The BEST thing was the bed - after being stuck in a car for 10 hours .... a good nights sleep is a God-sent ... bliss. A stroll through the small town was nice to stretch your legs and a cute bakery around the corner served strong coffee and croissants. They do serve breakfast at La Passiflore but we were in a rush. I will stay there again.

    Good base for doing daytrips.

Good base for doing daytrips. The town is small and rural but very alive with local markets, festivities, exhibits and traditions. Plenty of wineries in the vicinity. The locals are very friendly even if you don't speak French. They have a good boulangerie with nice staff and the pizzeria is also very good.
