Bathroom was awful, you had to hold the shower head because there was no fitting on the wall for it. No grab rail for the bath.Broken tiles around the bath, Towels the size of babies nappies. This was our last night in France and it was ruined. Whoever checked this hotel out should have their eyes tested.I have not been in a hotel this bad in years.

Location and proximity to Town.

Bathroom had no proper shower facility and the bathroom was distintctly `tired` in its decor - cracked/ missing tiles around bath.

A great position looking down on the seaside town of Fecamp but it is quite a walk into town and must be gruelling walking up the hill. So you have to drive into Fecamp but this is minor issue. The hotel is tranquil and built around a large courtyard.

Smell of damp in my room.

The location on top of a very high hill is spectacular and first impressions are exciting. Parking was easy and staff very helpful... Nice people.

Room possibly for Disbled but not well thought out. Very big and bleak, modern and 'cold' with a difficult door straight into the garden with no voiles or modesty blinds. The sink was leaking badly and was far too trendy to ever be successful and none too clean. Not a very pleasing room, no view despite the glorious, but windy, hilltop position. We were disappointed with the cooking, having spent the previous 3 weeks in France. No where near as luxurious as we expected but perhaps the location clouded our judgment. It's a pity it was sadly lacking in simple attention to detail.

The hotel is located on a hill with a great view on the city, the breakfast is ok.

Hotel staff seem to be uninterested, the sink in the bathroom was leaking, the room was damp and the ventilation in the bathroom did not work. We did clearly hear footsteps of the people staying in the room above us. Wireless internet is offered for free but the signal is too weak to be usable.

Spectacular location in priory on top of cliff overlooking Fécamp. Friendly service. Efficient. Good rooms overlooking delightful garden. Good food and generous portions. Very enjoyable stay.

Rooms not totally sound proofed and rather noisy children in room above.

L'accueil tres chaleureux et le restaurant tres bon et gastronomique avec un service tres agreable

la chambre sanitaire un peu vetuste et les serviettes de toilette un peu petites;On peut aussi note le bruit des chaises au restaurant parfois penible sur le carrelage

La localisation géographique

Le prix par rapport a la qualité des chambres. Ce n'ai pas digne d'un 3 étoiles. C'est dommage car le cadre est magnifique mais la restauration du bâtiment et les prestations ne valent pas un 3 étoiles.

Très bel endroit, on paie surtout le cadre qui est magnifique. Assez bon petit déjeuner.

La chambre elle-même n'est pas top, salle de bain assez vieille. Aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf.

Carrelage dans les chambres Manque lieu de détente ( spa par exemple)

Petit duplex sympas pour famille avec deux jeune enfants. Jolie piscine et jardin...

Il manque un peu de vaiselle , la literie n'est pas formidable et enfin il n'y a pas de volets.

Le cadre est exceptionnel. L'acceuil et les conseils des gérants. La taille de la salle de bain italienne.

La télé ne capte pas bien les chaînes. Il n'y a qu'une porte fenêtre pour faire entrer la lumière.

Situation géographique exceptionnelle et cadre somptueux

Le temps s'est arrêté dans les années 1980. Terriblement vieillot. Sa situation exceptionnelle ne justifie absolument pas un prix si élevé vu l'état de l’hôtel.

Nous n'avons rien apprécié à part la vue sur Fécamp.

Odeur de poisson frit à la réception, le patron sentait la cigarette à plein nez. La réception est un couloir. Accueil insatisfaisant pas aimable. Chambre vieillotte, moquette usée, salle de bains d'un autre âge, robinetterie qui ne tiens pas. Pas de rideau de douche. Sèche cheveux dans la chambre et pas dans la SdB. Au niveau du restaurant, vaiselle très sale, nous avons renvoyés en cuisine, les couverts (Fromage restait entre les dents de la fourchette) et les assiettes (des traces de nourriture). Les sauces arrivaient déjà figées, et les garnitures etaient les mêmes pour tous les plats, et le pains était de la veille. Le vin est arrivé déjà débouchonné (Nous nous posons la question si c'est bien le vin que nous avons commandé !). C'est dommage, parceque cet hôtel est très très bien situé.

zowel VISA als AMEX werkte zogezegd niet. Iedereen was verplicht hetzij cash, hetzij met Maestro te betalen.

L'architecture et la situation de l'hôtel sur la falaise, son environnement immédiat avec des pâturages lui confère un charme très écossais. La salle de restaurant est très agréable.

très mauvais rapport qualité prix. cher pour les prestations décrites. les 3 étoiles sont injustifiées. photos internet non contractuelles (pex. sdb). chb sentant le renfermé car mal ou non aeree. robinet qui bouge car mal fixé + rouille... bref très déçus...
