Henkilökunta puhui erinomaista englantia, palvelu ystävällistä. Huoneet olivat siistejä ja rauhallisia ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä sisäpihalta. Keittokomerossa oli astiat, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin. Metro, ruokakauppa, pankkiautomaatti ja pizzeria lähellä.

WC-paperissa nuukailtiin. Sai infosta vain rullan kerrallaan 6 H huoneeseen.

Rauhallinen sijainti, turvallinen paikka, koska portti oli öisin lukittuna. Ruokakauppa ja metroasema lähellä. Studiomme oli viihtyisä ja siisti. Vuoteet olivat mukavat. Mukava paikka yöpyä sen neljä yötä, minkä Pariisissa viivyimme.

Hotellin avaimenperässä oli kaikki tiedot hotellista osoitteineen studion numeroa myöten. Jos avain olisi sattunut katoamaan, niin kuka tahansa ulkopuolinen olisi voinut käydä studiossamme.( Meitä ei kehoitettu jättämään avainta vastaanottoon, joten pidimme sen aina mukanamme)

There was plenty of room for all. There was a nice-sized kitchen and a pretty courtyard in the common space. Parking onsite is a big plus.

The neighboring guests were smoking suspect substances and were also quite loud.

Easy access to the main attractions of Paris. Staff were all lovely and made us feel very welcome, supermarket about 3 minutes away from the hotel if you choose to make your own food, very clean and kitchens are very well equipped. Hotel felt very safe and we Will stay again without a doubt!

Too small, false advertising, Nothing like a duplex appartment for 4 people, 2 people can barely move inside. Far too much money for what it was worth, will not even recommend it to my worse enemy. Complained about blocked drain - was not attended to. Paid internet - signal too bad to ever get connection. Clothing cubboard full of years of dust - rubbed off on clothing. Toilet right inside kitchen. Bathroom full of milldew. 3 out 5 Globes not working.

Its safe. Beds are comfortable. Nice exteriors. Basement parking.

Dustbin not cleared the next day . Need basic repairs as kitchen step tiles are broken. Top floor carpets need cleaning. ''maybe its Xmas holiday's''. Wifi is not free.

the studio had a lot of place

only marmelade was offered during breakfast, nothing else, although the prize was 10 €

it is fit with our requirement. very good location and the room size is more space for our family needs.

The location was close to a very good metro line and it also had fairly good auto connections (for Paris) to sights outside the city. Secure parking in the basement was very good for small vehicles. Apartment was quiet if halls are empty (would not have been a problem if the reserved studio had been available...see below). Cooking pans and appliances were good for this price range apartment...but lacked and oven. There also was no dishwasher (not unusual for apartments in France). Shopping for groceries was very convenient at nearby Carfore. Secured gates for parking and pedestrian access after 8 pm...however, code input from the car required parking on the narrow street and exiting the car to input the entry code.

The area is undergoing major renovations, therefore, the streets in the immediately vicinity were partially closed, rerouted, etc. Ave. de Paris (the main artery) was almost impossible to navigate (30 minutes to travel 650 meters...not in rush hour). The area is a working class neighborhood and there are few cafes, etc. nearby. Single women travelers may feel uncomfortable walking in the area They upgraded us to a larger apartment...however, that meant that we were not able to enjoy the outside patio area advertised for the studio apartments. The larger apartments are on the second floor and there are no elevators.

Location was good! Near a train station. Good proximity to a nice supermarket for groceries and other household requirements. Environment was clean and quiet.

Temp was in the high 30s celsius and there was no air conditioning in the apartments. All their fans were broken, so no respite from the heat. Staff could hardly speak english and were not very helpful.

The staff were very friendly, location is good if not great.

The bathroom was not that clean, it was not filthy but it was stinking. The entrance to the parking is very tricky; they could at least put some rubber on the sides of the walls to prevent cars getting scratches. And Internet, damn, even McDonalds offers free Wifi. Charging your hotel guests for Wifi does not belong to this day and age.

Good location, short walk to supermarket and metro, rooms clean and functional, nice outdoor area and patio, good parking underground area with painted floors and very secure, though a little tight to get into, but easily managed with the Ford Galaxy

Men from reception are very frendly and dedicated. Location of hotel is near metro station and food shops.

When we arrived room, especially bathroom, was not clean. Bathroom is very old. Each day we had to demand something (cleaning, clean towels, soup, toilet paper...). Hotel neighborhood is dirty and unpleasant. I think that this hotel, as all hotels in Paris, is too expensive!

Nice spacious room with a balcony. Clean. Short walk to the metro and just 20 min to the city centre. Nice calm neighborhood.

They did not supply you with washing up liquid, so we had to buy a bottle for our two nights stay.

Room was very small for four people, hardly any room to store anything, kitchen and bathroom very old. Not in the best part of Paris.

5 walking distance to Supermarket and Metro Line to paris center, its a very convenient location. Rooms with 3 beds fits 2 adults and 2 kids nicely, and the kitchen with complete cutlery is very useful for our stay.

The laundry cost 8 euros and machine didnt work causing us wasted 3 hours to wait for laundry on one night

Hotel well situated for the metro. Very nice private entrance to the parking lot but it requires great skill from the driver. Hotel in the old style. No elevators. Quality equipment room - good

I liked the location, near the metro and shops, and I liked the structure of the apartment.

We like the layout of the apartments, well designed with inner courtyards. Lookout from windows not congested, roomy. Can feel the owners want to give extras to their guests. Which we experience, even for a short stay. We like Sam & Kate, and wish they will tie their knot soon! They gave very good introductions and tips for us to make our trip so pleasent.

The way to get there. We were lost using the GPS! But Sam was kind in helping us.
