Reception staff excellent, particularly Jonathan when we first arrived. Good Spa facility. Good food. Dog friendly. Restaurant staff very arrogant and slow. At breakfast it was so appalling we only took it on one day. I had to ask for hot milk 3 times, not what you expect when paying 28 Euros each. At dinner we booked for 8.30 and sat down at 10 to 10. The Spa staff were hopeless, never even making eye contact let alone voice contact. The shower in room 24 looked good but was hopelessly clogged up and just did not operate properly.

The hotel was very charming and well located (close to town but not in the middle of all the activity.) Had a nice spa which we didn't have time to use but would've liked to use. The prices for spa services were on par with U.S. prices. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. For some reason they had "upgraded" us to another room, which was in the newer building. The building wasn't as Charming as the original Ferme, but I'm sure the rooms were more to American size and standard, so I didn't mind the "upgrade" to the new side.. The sheets were nice and the duvet and pillows were very comfy. We had dinner at their michelin rated restaurant, where 1/2 of our food was excellent and the other 1/2 mediaocre . Plus we found it to be way too expensive, even though we were prepared for a splurge for our anniversary. There were no prices listed on the menu, and in hindsight we should've asked them for the prices before we ordered. We've had some spectacular meals in all kinds of cities, but nothing has ever come close to the price of our tab at La Ferme. Perhaps this is the price tag that comes with a Michelin rated restaurant(?) Next time I'll eat at one of the many cozy and charming restaurants in town and save the splurge for something else.

The settings and grounds are beautiful. The solitude was relaxing. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is way over-priced for what is offered. For example, petit dejeuner, basic cafe and croissant, more than $50 is ridiculous. The location is too far to walk to town and while they say there is a shuttle service, we could not find one. The room and bath facilities were just adequate.

Well furnished well maintained good proffessional staff Food is over priced,not withstanding its Michealine star.The wine list is even more so.Service with whit gloves old fashioned.Bar staff need more knowledge on make up of cocktails and types of Gen Whisky available.

Ligging van het hotel uitstekend (op wandelafstand van haven/restaurants/winkeltjes). Prachtige tuin, prachtig interieur, spa iets verouderd maar netjes. Ontbijt prijzig maar uitstekend (veel streekproducten). Prijzen bar en restaurant zijn buitensporig. Eten is lekker maar geen Michelin-ster waard.

L' endroit, un vrai moment de détente. L'accueil exceptionnel, tout le monde est aux petits soins avec vous et, d'un tel professionnalisme bravo! Une cuisine à la hauteur de l'établissement, un vrai régal. Une pensée particulière pour votre Sommelier "Christopher" qui nous a donné un peu de son savoir faire autour de la dégustation de Whisky. Le chef de la restauration prend le temps avec ses clients c'est tout simplement formidable et bravo pour tous autres membre de votre équipe. Quitter un endroit comme le votre c'est plutot difficile, mais nous avons déjà prévu d' y revenir très prochainement, et nous savons pourquoi nous allons y revenir... Avant de connaitre "la ferme St SIMEON", nous étions des habituées de "l'Auberge de la source", là aussi un pur moment de bonheur, avec un chef exceptionnel et d'une très grande humilité, l'accueil reste tout aussi chaleureux. Het volledige hotel is qua service en accommodatie openen top!! Het enige min puntje is het restaurant! Daar kan het niveau zeker beter. Vooral op vlak prijs-kwaliteit! Nogal prijzig!

la literie de notre chambre était déplorable. les deux matelas étaient à bout de souffle en leur milieu ce qui résultait en une cuvette tres inconfortable au milieu du lit. Honteux compte tenu du prix de la chambre. Nous ne reviendrons pas pour cette raison

Alles. Zeer luxe en duur hotel. Alles was top. Geweldig om te onthaasten. Honfleur is een heel romantisch dorpje. Honderden eethuisjes. Een grote aanrader! Wifi is slecht. Iedere 5 minuten moet je omslachtig opnieuw inloggen. Eigenlijk onwerkbaar dus.
