Helpful friendly staff. Great restaurant.

Breakfast was a bit limited.

Hotel was very comfortable and room service / cleanliness was very good. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and the food was superb.

Breakfast although adequate was exactly the same every day, some choice would have been nice. Disappointed that the pool did not open until 1 June.

Very typically French

Food and staff were good gardens and outlook pleasant.

Room was small and with large furniture it made it difficult fo two people to move easily once luggage was in the room. The bathroom lacked sufficient shelf space.

Location only.

No other areas within the hotel to relax other than in the garden area during the summer months, but none during winter.

Beds could do with upgrading

The staff were very friendly, the room was excellent - very clean and comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful - lovely gardens, a great pool, a friendly dog

This is an excellent hotel with friendly and obliging staff. Even the large Doberman is pleased to see you. It is a small converted chateau in its own grounds with some rooms in a close by outbuilding. If you are tall watch the height of some of the doorways. Ideally you want a car to get around although there is a pavement along the main road into the centre of Bregerac which is less than half an hour's comfortably paced walk. I would enjoy going there again and will recommend it to my friends.

Although close to busy town setting was delightful, I loved the building and decor and good friendly staff and proprietors

The stay was marred by the fact that none of our 5 credit/debit cards could be successfully processed! In spite of them being accepted at all other outlets in France.

la réservation par Booking ne permet pas les soirées étapes ( 10€ de plus par jour ). La chambre a besoin d'être rafraichie moquette armoire Petit déjeuner cher

La table, la propreté, l'ecxelent état des communs, l'accueil, le cadre, la qualité de la literie, le parc

le fonctionnement aléatoire du pommeau de douche. Le chauffage "confort" programmé qu'a partir de 20h

L'insuffisance des équipements Le manque de confort et la propreté de la chambre (avec des odeurs nauséabonde et insupportable). J'ai demandé a changé de chambre. La propreté de la couette.

Nous avons apprécié la cuisine gastronomique de son restaurant, le service, la situation de l'hôtel avec son grand parc, son calme (nous étions en basse-saison), les places de parc nombreuses devant l'hôtel.

Restaurant parfait , menu varié et de qualité. Chambre spacieuse et confortable

Problème de TNT sur la télé. Quelques chaînes ne marchaient pas. L'eau chaude très longue à venir. Petit déjeuner "imposé" sur un plateau (hors boisson) Peu de choix , cependant très bon.
