Located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Clermont l’Herault, this hotel offers a garden. It is a 20-minute drive from Valras Beach and Pont du Diable. The rooms at La Fontaine de Sarac have free Wi-Fi access and an LCD TV. All individually decorated, some rooms have a walk-in shower and a hairdryer and electric kettle are available upon request. The continental breakfast is served every morning in the Mediterranean-coloured breakfast room. On sunny days, you can dine on the terrace and read a newspaper. Free private parking for cars, motorbikes and bicycles is available on site and Millau is a 35-minute drive away. Value. I arrived at 1:30pm, my booking paper said that the check-in is at 2:30pm. Hotel was closed. Although it had self check-in machine, but it did not work. I decided to wait 1 hour outside considering that at 2:30pm somewone will show up and open the door for me. However, at 2:30pm nobody showed up. I called phone number provided by booking and there was an aswering machine. I started searching around and finally discovered an advertisement atthe hotel wall looking at the street with some cell phone number. Called this number and finally owner picked up the phone (by her voice I could tell that she was just asleep) and showed up (not immediately) up and finally let me in. She apologized for inconvenience, however, but, at least could she leave some phone number and explaination right on the door and better visible to the guest?

Friendly, very helpful staff. Despite being close to a roundabout, the hotel is quiet. The decor is pleasant - if a little unusual. The breakfast is very good value. I don't normally sleep well when I'm away from home, but the bed was very comfortable and sleeping soundly all night presented absolutely no problem. The walk to La Gare Routiere and the centre of Clermont l'herault takes no more than 10 minutes. There's about 75m of the walk that's along the side of a busy-ish road, but the rest is fine. The location near Clermont is great, and the Wednesday market is not to be missed! I'd prefer to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but you can't have everything!

The hotel was great, very reasonably priced for lovely comfortable clean rooms. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is located just off a roundabout. This is very handy for getting out and about but can be noisy at certain times of day.

The friendliness and courtesy of all the staff, the facilities and the position. The bed, initially, felt harder than our own but we were proved wrong, it was so comfortable. We will definitely return, when we can, we were so pleased with the value. Truly, there was nothing we did not like..

L'accueil,la decoration en general de l'hotel La salle de bain vetuste,votre information sur les douches est fausse ou alors dites moi de quel coin de l'italie sont ces douches !!!!!! pas du tout commode ,il faut par ailleurs attendre bien 5mn pour avoir de l'eau chaude pas la possibilite de prendre petit dejeuner dans la chambre,pourtant vu les tarifs de l'hotel je croyais !!!
