The staff were friendly the room for 4 was plenty big enough for 2 parents and 2 children. It was a long way to the ski slopes too far to walk. Breakfast was advertised 12 euros each very expensive for the children who wanted cereal and juice, when we went to stay they charged 14 euros each per day.

Very homely feel, warm cosy, clean, easy and friendly, excellent breakfast and evening meal, very cute room. Room was above the front door so slightly noisy hearing people buzz in and out, pool is only open in summer

The hotel was of the traditional alpine type which is the sort of accommodation we look for when we are skiing. The food was also good and it was well located.

Posizione incantevole hotel molto curato vicinanza piste di sci , possibilità di relax in sauna e hamman Pochi canali televisivi , mancanza di set per farsi un te o caffè in camera , manca una jacuzzi , posteggio non ben pulito dalla neve , possibilità di ulteriori impianti di risalita vicino ad hotel per sfruttare piste lato sud

Grand Chalet avec beaucoup de charme, belle decoration.Très bien chauffé, l'eau chaude fonctionnait très bien, sauna et hamman très agréable au retour des pistes. Personnel très serviable et bon petit dejeuner complet. Une excellent adresse à recommander.

J ai aime le charme du chalet, la decoration des pieces, la qualite de la chambre et du salon avec cheminee. Mention speciale pour les petits dejeuner et pour avoir fait deneiger les voitures au petit matin Le manque de confort du lit et l eclairage de la chambre

Personnel charmant. Attentionné et discret. Aux petits soins ! Restaurant et petit déjeuner agréables. Espace piscine petit, mais mignon et sécurisé pour les enfants. Notre chambre était spacieuse, petit 2 pièces (nous avions demandé la ch. Triple). Ménage très bien fait. Seuls bémols : chambre trop sombre, luminaires insuffisants. Impossible de lire...literie trop molle. Connexion wifi n'a jamais fonctionné en 1 semaine de séjour.

Een gastvrij welkom, gezellige ontspannen sfeer, mooie landelijke, romantische inrichting. Prachtige kamers in de stijl van het alpenchalet. Heerlijk gedineerd en prima ontbijt. Een aanrader!

L'accueil du personnel et le cadre qui est absolument magnifique Les matelas sont assez spartiates. Préférer une chambre dans les étages supérieurs car il y a une ventilation qui se déclenche parfois la nuit côté piscine et une autre à l'arrière du casino, côté rue. Une maison est en construction à côté de l'hôtel; pas toujours agréable quand on veut dormir le matin ou si l'on veut bronzer un moment dehors, près de la piscine.

Séjour très agréable : accueil et service conviviaux et attentionnés, ambiance chaleureuse, cheminée dans le coin salon, esprit chalet jusque dans la déco de la chambre, literie, couettes et édredons super confortables. Sauna et hammam très agréables après une journée de ski. Table de qualité également (un peu chère quand même, mais raisonnable si l'on compare aux restos voisins de Mégève), petit-déjeuner de bon niveau pour un 3 étoiles. Installation wifi défectueuse (cela fonctionne au salon) mais cela doit être révu prochainement.

Hotel de tradition extremement appréciable car calme, bien placé ds le village, et proche de Megeve. Chambre tres jolie et tres propre La literie n'etait pas de grande qualité : dommage car ns etions ds un hotel 3 * . Et le petit dejeuner manqueait de produits naturels (jus d'orange par ex)

“The Terrass Park hotel is a beautiful little familyowned hotel, 18 rooms, beautifully situated on a hill near the sloops, and on a 15 min walk from the heart of beautiful Megève. The hotel (and the city) was nicely decorated for Christmas. The hostess Delphine and the host Olivier are extremely nice and friendly and caretaking and we have never been served such gourmet cooking at a skiresort hotel before, 4-course dinners very well composed and so tasty. One of the best things with the hotel was the servant Roland, we have never met a more professional hotel-person than Roland who cared for every wish we had before we new it.
