Muy buena atención. Decorado con muy buen gusto, La ducha es un poco chica. La cama es sofá-cama. Muy buena ubicación. Con un supermercado cerca. Sin dudas volvería!

La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable. El apartamento era acogedor. La situación muy céntrica. Sin duda, volveremos.

El no disponer de parking propio.

No tiene elevador, no es muy amable la persona que atiende. Es un poco incómodo que uno mismo tenga que armar la cama, pues lo que tiene es ub sofá cama.

hotel no recomendado para gente de mediana edad, no tiene ascensor y subir el equipaje es todo un tema.

en realidad no me ha gustado , se deberia informar al contratarlo que no tiene ascensor y mostrar fotos de su recepción.

Una calidad ajustada para el precio. Correcto. Aunque el aspecto exterior del edificio es del todo decadente, como muchos en Avignon, sin embargo el apartamento estaba en condiciones.Hay un parking público en Les Halles, en las inmediaciones.

No tiene ascensor. La calle es muy estrecha, hay que aparcar antes. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero sí unos buenos ventiladores que nos ayudaron a mitigar el calor.

localización ,en general no está mal, pero creo que calidad precio está un poco justo, parece que están arreglando todo el edificio y al final puede quedar bién.

sobre todo falta de aire acondicionado, hay ventiladores pero en Julio , no es suficiente.

Que es un pequeño estudio/departamento con todo cocina, baño, habitacion, recien remodelado y en pleno centro de Avignon, a un precio muy razonable

This hotel does not have a 'real' reception desk - We arrived at 10.00 a.m. to check in. But there was no authorized person available to welcome us! The only person we met in the vicinity (by the way, this person didn't speak English at all!) told us (by sign language) to come back later. When we came back 3 hours later, there was finally a person at the desk (but he also barely spoke English!) to check us in. Again, through sign language, he tried to give us instructions on how to use the alternative hotel exit/entrance (this is when we confirmed that this hotel does not actually have a properly manned reception area). This hotel does not have an elevator - The family room was located at the 3rd level - it is not easy to climb steep flights of stairs carrying suitcases! The shower stall in the bathroom was poorly constructed. Water would spill at the sides and wet the floors. There is only one toilet/bath for 6 people! And the toilet sink stinks with an awful smell! The room that's on the loft area was poorly constructed with very narrow stairs and with very little room for an averaged sized adult to maneuver and navigate comfortably.

It was close to all the historical sites and restaurants, it was comfortable and the facilities were good.

Nice and clean studio with all necessary facilities. There is no elevator in the building. Everything within walking distance, small supermarket 10mtrs away - pleasant stay in a budget-friendly place.

The in- site manager was extremely helpful, at any time of the day or night. He really made an effort and we are grateful for that

It's not a hotel - it's worse than a hostel. There was no bed, only a folding sofa, the toilet and the bathroom are built for dwarfs. We had to move out and find some other hotel though we lost our money for the second night.

It's located only 5' walking from Palais des Papes. The studio was lovely, the furniture is new with all the facilities. There is a supermarket Carrefour just around the corner. It was very hot in Avignon but I had a ventilator which helped a lot. People complain there is no elevator in the building but there are no elevators in buildings located in the historical center. It was quite and the concierge is a lovely person. I really enjoyed my staying there.

My only suggestion is the kitchen maybe needs 2 mugs for tea and 2 dessert plates.

Location was excellent. It was located right next to the Halles, a busy and lively square/market. Lots of cafes, shops, etc. The main building has a sort of farmers market within where we bought basics for breakfast - eggs, cheese, breads etc.

Hard to find at night? 5 flights of stairs with heavy baggage. AC didn't work all night. No help from the staff with bags nor AC situation, although they did provide some fans. Despite the restlessness in the night trying to sleep though the extreme humidity, I did not complain as I didn't want to be seen as the ugly American. But come check out time, we hadn't left by 11a, and made an incredible scene, scolding me in French, and when I spoken to the manager over the phone, she scolded me as well. Threatened to charge me for another night but when I pointed out the AC didn't work all night and I was entitled to a discount, they backed down but scowled at us until we left.

The man who looked after the building was very friendly and helpful. It is useful if you can speak and understand a little bit of French. The room was clean and well appointed. We found the sofa bed perfectly comfortable. Having a self-contained appartment is so much better than being in a hotel. Being able to cook and eat at "home" sometimes not only made a change from eating out, but helped to stretch our budget considerably. The location was perfect. The building is tucked away in a little side street with no traffic noise. (you will need a map to find it). The immediate neighbourhood has bars and restaurants used by the locals plus a very handy small supermarket. A few minutes walk takes you to the Palais des Papes and the Rocher des Doms which is a park with fantastic views and has a cafe bar which does lunches at a very reasonable rate.

The rooms are modern, but the building is; how shall we say; "Historic" i.e. there is no lift, just a narrow winding staircase that from the ground looks like it goes up to heaven. That was not a problem for us but if you have any kind of mobility issues you would be well advised to contact the establishment directly by email or phone to find out about where your room would be. There is no ground floor accomodation! There is no air-conditioning. We found the electric fan provided was enough to keep us cool, but at certain times of the year Avignon can get very hot. When we were there it was 34 degrees every day, thats nearly a 100 in old money, which could be a bit much for some people.

La Livree du Palais is situated in an excellent location in order to go exploring around Avignon. If you do your research you will find it is also on bus routes from the train & coach station, so it is easy to transfer from transport hubs. There are great bars and restaurants all within a ten minute walk from the hotel.

A variety of sized rooms are offered and I would not recommend staying more than two days in the studio rooms. They are well equipped and decorated but are small. Biggest problem with the hotel is the fact that check out is 11am and there is no-where to store luggage and the hotel reception is not open until 4pm for checking in. In this day and age that really is unacceptable.

The location was great

We had to haul our luggage up several flights of stairs. There was no iron in the room, just an ironing board and the recycling truck and garbage truck came around at about 4am (it could have woke the dead)

It was basic but well equipped. The location of La Livree was excellent. I was only there for one night and it was fine for that. Its perfect for a weekend stay in the city.

The only negative was the sofa bed. It was not very comfortable. I wouldn't want to stay more than one or two days as there is no outside space.

This self catering accommodation is excellently located in the heart of the old centre of Avignon. Excellent restaurants and shopping on adjacent streets. Short walk to castle. Very helpful receptionist but you will need to have some french to communicate with him! Apartment was clean and well equipped, great shower. Overall a very positive experience. We had only booked one night but stayed for two.

Very noisy at night as there is a bar and restaurant in the small square below. If you can be out there enjoying it, then no problem but as we had children we were struggling to get to sleep at 12pm. We had to keep windows open as there was no air conditioning, but there were fans provided. Parking restricted but there is free parking outside walls of old town and a free shuttle bus.

réfection des chambres récente mais mauvaise qualité des matériaux et aménagements. Pas de liseuse proche du lit. Canapé lit pour 2 personnes. 3 étages sans ascenseur.
