Nice room, friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, playground and toys for kids, free parking and wifi, nicely decorated room. All in all, a very nice B&B with excellent value for money. We can certainly recommend it.

Some very small things: Pfaffenheim doesn't have many services and you need to go to the nearby towns and villages to get even basic services like restaurants (which are open), cafes, grocery stores, etc. It was somewhat annoying that there was no hand soap in the toilet or paper bin in the room (there was only a very small trash bin in the bathroom). Otherwise, the room was very nice. The sound insulation is not the best. We had a rather noisy neighbors during the first night.

The room was beautiful! We had two floors and a spacious bathroom. We arrived quite late, too late for dinner, but we could scoop along anyway and still got an amazing main course with duck, a cheese plate and a HUGE dessert: pain perdu. It was excellent food, we ate way too much, but loved every single bite. There also was a large amount of wine involved and all this was for 25 euros per person. A steal! Breakfast was also perfect. Everything you need to kickstart your day. The location is lovely. Nice walks between the wine ranks and some wine tasting possibilities.
