It was an excellent small seaside Hotel which offered a comfortable room for the night. It was competitively priced and offered good valve for the money. Staff were friendly and took care of our needs.

The beds were not even the size of a twin. The bathroom faucet and sink were so small you could not even wash your hands properly. There was no place in the room to place luggage, much less, open it. The stairs were too steep to carry large luggage. The hotel was extremely overpriced! It was a very disappointing experience. There were no restaurants to be found, other than at the hotel.

Excellent location , easy to park and very nice sea view , staff were friendly. Few things which need to be commented on (a) Breakfast was disappointing as very basic whereas the Ibis for a similar price has a much better choice. (b) How does one work the shower , Answers on a postcard please ! (c) Double room @ 80 euros without breakfast I thought was a bit expensive.

The dinner in the restaurant was very good. It was nice to have a room with a bath. Location and sea view were both excellent. Room was very noisy when other residents took showers and used toilets from 6am onwards. There were no coat hangers in the bedroom. The bathroom had no toilet roll holder, soap dish or shower curtain. The tv had no English channels despite England being so near.

We were traveling north and needed a place to stay overnight--we chose this hotel because it was on our route. It was a small very european hotel-- a 2 floor walk up. Our room was small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bath was small but modern and clean. Our room was on the back of the building--a front room facing the ocean would have been nicer. The city was a bit boring, the hotel also. If I were to do it again I would stay in the faucamp area--more interesting and scenic. This hotel served its purpose and was clean. The hotel was not appealing from the outside or the stairway. As I said the room was fine and clean though very small. I would not stay here again because it is not very pleasing to the eye though it served its purpose.

Travelling with my 90 year old mum who can't walk far. But lots to do in close proximity to hotel. The promanade is being rebuilt at the moment so it's rather a building site in front of the hotel. However, when built it will be very attractive. Hotel faces immediately on to it and overlooking the sea. Very close to the port, with fishing boats bringing in fresh fish every day including Sunday. Bought live crab and it was delicious, once cooked of course. Very close to attractive shopping area. And a lovely restaurant overlooking the Port. Bedroom very clean, but lighting rather dark. Bathroom had good lighting but not much space to place things. Modern design but felt cramped. No lighting in corridor.

The view from the balcony was exceptionally nice. The rooms were rather small, but ok for one night. We arrived when it was dark and the hotel was not very well lit and a little difficult to find.

Cet établissement a tout le charme désuet d'un hotel de province. La vue sur l'océan est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le personnel est discret et professionnel. La chambre individuelle est confortable mais un peu petite. Je recommande cet hôtel

“The Hotel du Casino is excellent. The staff were all very professional and provided superior service. The room we had, which overlooked the Saint-Valery-en-Caux Marina, was large with king size bed, bar fridge two chairs, couch and working desk. Bathroom, with toilet in a separate room, was large and had a towel heating rack. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast was awesome, with a great selection of items. We originally booked for three days and liked it so much we stayed for nine days. Would stay here again in a heart beat.” Robert, New Westminster Bc |
