Posizione dell'hotel molto buona e tranquilla. Comfort delle camere e prima colazione abbondante, servita al tavolo.

Il servizio alla reception non è sempre presente e ha orari molto contenuti. La prima colazione offre una scelta molto limitata ed è sempre ripetitiva.

- struttura ormai invecchiata (bagno diviso in due parti, vasca da bagno scomoda e senza supporto per la doccia, impianto aria condizionata rumoroso). - prezzo al di sopra della media

Buona la posizione ma il prezzo è troppo elevato per quello che può offrire.

L'impressione generale è di un hotel troppo datato, anrebbe un po' svecchaito.

The historic building was beautiful, and the staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable. Parking was free and easily accessible, a terrific privilege. The hotel is just around the corner from the Unterlinden Museum with its fabulous Issenheim Altar.

Lighting in the room was terrible. It was difficult to read. There was no real shower, only a tub with a metal hose which could not be attached to the wall to make it serve as a shower. The tub was raised high above the floor, and getting in and out was dicey. Breakfast at 15.5 euros per person per day was the most expensive of any hotel we stayed in. We found a very nice cafe nearby where both of us could eat a good breakfast for under 15 euros for both of us.

Location is excellent, right in the beautiful old city centre. Hotel building is fabulous. Resturant was excellent if expensive.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but it feels like a slightly amateur family run guesthouse at times. Rooms only available after 3,30 PM, WiFi very patchy, no bar .. little things really.

The location is fantastic- The owners are kind, very helpful, and speak great English. This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Colmar. Colmar itself is nice but, not as charming as the smaller wine villages right down the road. However, this hotel was fantastic--Beautiful architecture, lovely courtyard, and fantastic restaurant on site. The restaurant is owned by the same family and is an upscale French experience. We both enjoyed the tasting menu (5 courses) so we could try several new things. The presentation and service were both great. Parking at the hotel is easy if you know what you're looking for- The parking entrance is the same side of the hotel front entrance, just down a bit with a mall sign directing. How wonderful to have parking at a hotel smack dab in the middle of downtown. Rooms are comfortable with Juliette balconies and shutters opening to the courtyard filled with flowers and vines. Just beautiful! Enjoy!

Excellent location in centre of Colmar, in one of the most historic buildings, yet quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Charming hotel. Very energetic and nice owner. Very nice restaurant on the premises. Very good food and service at dinner. Very good breakfast. Our stay was very enjoyable. Wished they had had a room for 2 nights. Colmar is charming.

A beautiful historic property with aesthetically designed large rooms, located right in the middle of the old town center. A pleasant place to be inside of, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. .

With all the things the rooms offer, it's a shame they don't come with in-room teapots, coffee and tea like some less impressive properties.

The staff were very friendly & efficient ,respecially the owners. The food was of a very high standard & priced reasonably. The breakfast was served at the table by the owner[Chef] The old building is kept in good order throughout.

The reception area has a modern slant to it, not in keeping with the rest of the building.

I loved the exterior of the building and the size of the room. The hosts were very hard working and willing to be of help. I liked that there was a good restaurant on site. (We did not have dinner at the restaurant as we were very tired and did not feel up to a long meal. However, I regretted our decision the next day.)

I do not like having contact with bedding that is not washed after every guest. I would very much have preferred to have a duvet with a washable cover on the bed in place of the blanket. That alone would have greatly improved my comfort level. At a minimum, I would have liked the bed to be made with an additional sheet over the blanket. Hardwood floors instead of carpeting would have made the room seem cleaner. However, I would gladly have settled for the duvet!

Old historic hotel well maintained. Offers excellent dining, safe parking, and quaint situation. Difficult to find unless you have detailed map showing 1 way streets. This was our 2 or 3rd stay in 15 years; we, 'll go back again.

The location of the hotel and free on-site parking are ideal. The unique historic character of the hotel and pleasant inner courtyard are very attractive. The male desk clerk who assisted us at check-in was among the most helpful we encountered at any point in our trip. The rooms in the hotel are air conditioned.

The 15 Euro charge for what was the worst breakfast we encountered anywhere on our trip was outrageous. Unless you are a great lover and consumer of French cheeses at breakfast, I can almost guarantee you will be disappointed. We should have been aware that breakfast was neither good nor included when we found there was almost no-one else in the breakfast room when we arrived. This was our only hotel on our trip where breakfast was not included, and while we should have checked it was never made apparent to us until check-out. Do yourself a favor and enjoy your breakfast at one of the nearby cafes in the immediate area.
