The view. I thought it was worth the extra cost to get a room with a view. We were on a higher floor and the view was incredible! The location was great. There is a wide sea walk for miles right in front of the hotel. It's never boring watching the ocean!
Great view on the sea from the window, amazing sunset! Only that made the room a five star room!
Wifi almost absent
The reception staff were very helpful and the location is good with a superb view from the breakfast area
Our room was small and overlooked the hotel heating and airconditioning units which started up at night and early in the morning. Perhaps put a green roof over this part?
Fantastic views from sea view bedrooms. Easy walking to "old Nice" and the port. Loads of car parking. Easy to find. Good standard of cleanliness and immediate hot water in shower. Reception area and restaurant modern.
The bedrooms are sparsely fitted but adequate.
The location and the view .
Rooms a bot cold in the decor... Breakfast could be better.
Great location overlooking the bay. About a 15 minute walk to the edge of town but worth it for the peace and quiet. Good shower. Breakfast was very decent. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast on the terrace (in December sunshine) was blissful
No tea/cofee making facilities in the room and no free coffee (or even vending) in the common areas. Surprising for a hotel of this quality and I know the French like their coffee! Our room was a bit on the small side but I know some are bigger
The hotel is in a safe area, has a free private parking, the staff is friendly and the outside as well as the restaurant and lobby look nice.
The rooms and corridors upstairs are a lot worse than the lobby area – stains on the carpets, leaks on the walls. And the biggest problem is the Wi-Fi which doesn't work properly in the rooms as it does downstairs in the restaurant area.
The sea view is perfect
wifi is not very well
Super view, great position only 5minutes from the centre
The room was very old and very bad decorated! We thought that we were in a hospital. The beds were awful.Only the reception was nice.
wonderful view, excellent breakfast peaceful location, helpful staff.Worth paying the extra to have sea view.A memorable hotel, hope to return to it
distance into town but was knew of that before booking, pleasant but tiring walk
The building is quite old, but has been upgraded with all you need to enjoy Nice, lighting in the corridors makes you feel a little bit scared, but all rest it is great, this is not a luxurious place, but it is very comfortable and clean. It is also very easy to access, specially if you are coming by car, it is having a very wide free parking area.
splendid sea view good breakfast near town centre and harbour friendly personnel
the bed was a bit small bathroom functioned OK, but could look better
The location is magnificent and the staff was very friendly. The large bedroom was a plus as well as the fact that you have not converted to duvets. Windows could be opened to bring the sea under my pillow.
The shower was dilapidated and very small. The rooms need some maintenance.
Good price, friendly personal, free parking.
Look like need some repair/renew building, but clean and smell is OK
Nice sea view (standard windows though), secure parking, affordable price.
Very compact shower-room, no in-room safe (to keep documents and small electronics), the bed could be bigger. We also were surprised when a cleaning service completely (!) opened the window in our room in mid-November while we were in the city so we had to heat up the room for some 1/2-hr. Breakfast was quite basic with a little choice for 9 euro.
Excellent location, less than 10 minute walk to the port and approx. 20 minute walk to the old town. Fantastic view over the sea from our bedroom.
The hotel is perfect for taking pictures of the whole Nice bay which is on the right hand and the cliff above the sea which is on the left hand. I did it.
A little bit far from Nice centre, not convenient if you plan to tour by foot in Nice.
Good location, free parking, nice view for entire coast of Nice, nice service in frontdesk too.
Weak signal with WiFi, pretty small shower space, say 70cm x 90cm roughly. Hair dry need to borrow from lobby but it is ok for us.
We enjoyed, like many, the view. The bed was comfortable. The parking was convenient and free. Internet worked. The building is old but nice, although some might not like the decoration.
The view over the harbour and the terrace for an early evening drink was just perfect. Good breakfast and a nice clean hotel Car parking and within a walking distance of the old city shops and restaurants.
No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.
If u looking for some budget hotel it wasnt a bad choice yet. Nice sea view u can c from ur room.
Very bad wifi connection and a distance to city but the rest was fine
very well situated
beds were uncomfortable. bathroom very basic. No wifi in bedrooms
good parking space good wifi
location is far from main street breakfast room is too small
The view was spectacular. We went for a swim right across the road from the hotel. I liked that it seems to be a little quieter and not as commercial as it was in town. Breakfast was OK. The view from the breakfast area was superb!
Wonderful stay with parking. Room a little sparse but large with wonderful view. A real find!
