Very good location, walk to the port and old city, in front of the beach,clean rooms,helpful staff, surprizingly cheep for what you get

Rooms were nice and clean and excellent views of the bay

We came back to the hotel at about 10:30pm and couldn't get a drink from the bar, not even a bottle of water. We were unable to order a coffee at 6:30pm in the evening. If facilities are so restricted, might be an idea to put chargeable mini-bars in the rooms and perhaps a kettle.

It is 4 stars hotel. The place of hotel is very amazing beside the beach we enjoy the stay in the hotel. The service was very great and they are cooperative with customers.´ Special thank for mr.medina

Everything perfect. Stunning seaview from the window. Sea just 5 steps down... Perfect location, close to centre, but not busy. Bus # 30 goes straightly from SNCF gare. Comfortable twin rooms. Very nice and cozy restaurant, good breakfast for 9 euro. Recommended to all tourists, with or without children.

Sea view is beatiful. Parking is easy and free.

The shower curtain was not good enough to isolate water flushing to the floor of the bathroom. Since there was no sewage connection, the floor was flooded.

Nice location and easy to find. Friendly staff, even that we have been requested to pay in advance for the room. The location [if you have a room with sea view] is fantastic.

This hotel is in a safe area, has a great spot facing the sea and is right near the port of Nice. Full renovation happening which was not a problem. They didn't start too early and we were placed in a room as far away as possible to where they were working without asking. Will look fantastic when its finished! We walked to the old town everyday which was a walk but its along the water so you really can't complain!

The beds and pillows were like rocks, hopefully they are replaced with the renovation. The carpets were stained but its all from builders and it was vacuumed so it didn't matter. For the price and location and knowing its getting conpletely renovated we didn't care!

2 days with no hot water...too far from the city center, 60min walk and no direct bus. Very bad choice, will never go again. The rooms are super small which is ok for the prices but they are not clean at all. I think that the blankets whare washed 10years ago last time. They are refurbishing the place and there is a bit of noise too. The only good thing was parking but definitly no value here

There are no fire detectors in the rooms. There are in the hallways, but not in the rooms. I cannot understand that that is even legal. Bring your own smoke detector and complain to the hotel - I do.

We arrived and were shown to a room that was not made up. When I let the lady know she was very apologetic and upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge with a view. The new room was spacious and comfortable however the old room was quite small. Heaps of parking. Very convenient for parking. Walking distance to a great Irish pub and paces to eat. Lovely walk through gardens from the Carre Four.

Noisy in the morning. The gardeners started quite early with noisy tools. The view from the sea view rooms is amazing. Not sure if I would have liked the budget room. Very tiny.

Lovely views from the huge terrace.. Right over the sea. Away from the crowds.. So very quiet. Good breakfast.

Run like an uncomfortable boys boarding school. Metal beds! No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom... In fact the bedroom so plain it was like a large cell. Carpets all very stained in our room. We were severly ticked off for going into the breakfast room in the afternoon to use the tea-making machine! Then ticked off again in the evening for going into the entirely empty Dining room to use a corner table for myself and two business clients who had come to join me for a meeting. No Public Rooms at all where we could meet... Or where, as a family we could join for a drink. Dining room closed till 7.30 we were very rudely told when we asked at reception if we could have 3 glasses of white wine. Not a great experience!

The view from our room was amazing.

It was a bit of a walk from all the action at the beach and port but the view was worth it. The room was a bit sparse but comfortable.

Near the sea, but there are no beach.

We did not like this hotel.

For this price is a excellent choice. Room with a sea view is breath- taking. Good location for visiting Nice, Eze, Monaco itp. Hotel maybe isn't new but have a luxury of past epoch. Fast internet is also a big advantage. Big suprise- we received room with a sea view but we paid for room with a garden view.

Good quality price relation:) Maybe a little noise in the morning but isn't really matter.

The view is what sets this hotel apart

No gym

Room was very clean and quite comfortable, big enough and had a great sea view. The place is quiet and we really did not here any noises from outside or inside, so we slept well. Breakfast was quite good,maybe not as reach like in other places, but for France and for the prices in Nice, it was OK, definitely not just "jam and butter" as someone complained - they had hard-boiled eggs, youghurt, cereals, cheese and cheese spreads, some pastry, fresh baguette, hot drinks and juices etc. Hotel personnel at the reception was very helpful and gave us all the explanations we needed. Free parking and internet were very useful. Price was quite good for Nice at that time of the year.

Not so far away from the city center, but transport links are poor - nothing after 19.30, bus scedule is just for orientation, they don't come in time; on weekends very few buses. So if you want to go out for the dinner at night, you better walk (about 30-40 min) to the center or 15 min to the port, or as an alternative one can take his car - but this means no wine at dinner & expensive parking. But this is not the hotel's fault, of course, and by the way they have their own restaurant with sea view on terrace, we didn't try dinner there, but the prices seemed OK. As we were there in mid-september, lack of air-condition and fridge in the room did not bother us, but in the summer it may be a problem. We were not able to connect the second laptop to the internet - it seems the passwotd allows to connect ust one.
