Very well-presented in an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the train. The staff generally spoke competent English and were very friendly. Room service could be useful for late check-ins. |

It was within walking distance to the sea front, shopping area and train station and there was a lovely little balcony which made up for the size of the bedroom. The smell of sewerage in the lift all the time and the fridge didn't work in the room. |

The room was quite cold the first night - but the staff were quick to provide a heater and the temperature was fine for the following two nights of our stay. |

This is a lovely hotel 10 min's walk from the center of nice. If you are taking the bus from the airport get the 99 bus to the train station then walk down Rue Gounod to where it meets Boulevard Victor Hugo and the Hotel is on the left hand corner, it's only a 5 min. walk from the station. There is an exellent resturant in front of the hotel. |

Hotel is central to Promenade des Anglais and shopping in Rue Medicin and just down the road from the railway station. The room was warm and comfortable with air conditioning in summer and heating in winter when we were there. This was especially appreciated as the weather was very unseasonal. The optional breakfast was not taken. The pleasure of Nice is stopping for coffee in the many cafes. Hotel was lovely but avoid the "Sicilian" restaurant next door which is over priced and not very good. It appears to be entirely unconnected to the hotel's management. |

Very central, close toeverything there is to see in Nice. The hotel also provides tours to visit the neighbouring villages and towns which are good value for money. Our room had a distinct smell of drainage which would only be subued if we opened the balcony door wide. The odour welcomed us each time we entered the room. I have seen from other reviews that this is a recurring problem. The person at the front desk did nothing to solve our problem. Also the aircondition was turned off and the the minibar was never filled up all thru our stay. |

nice clean, spacious room but I did book a privilege room so I did expect all that. The breakfast at 11euro was excellent value and a great choice. I thought I was getting a room with a balcony as I had booked a privilege room. |
