La Malmaison

Отель чистый, недавно отремонтированный, месторасположение очень удобное, в спокойнрм районе, почти на равном растоянии от пляжа (5 мин) и от вокзала (минут 7). В комнате было очень тихо, звукоизоляция хорошая, отличная кровать и постельное белье.

Было бы хорошо включить завтрак в цену номера или добавить чайник / кофеварку.

Удобно расположен в центре города, Достаточно чистые номера, ежедневная уборка, Наличие балкона. Великолепный сицилийский ресторан на первом этаже..

Очень не дисциплинироанный персонал, долгое отсутствие на рецепшн сотрудника, громкие, хлопающие дверьми уборщицы. Для входа в отель необходимо поднять чемоданы по лестнице на уровень второго этажа, отсутствует возможность закатить багаж

Останавливались в номере повышенной категории. Достаточно просторно. Чисто. Отличный отель. Хорошее месторасположение.

Минус: в период пребывания (были 4 дня) 2 дня были проблемы с отоплением, в номере было неприятно прохладно, спасало теплое постельное белье. Когда проблема была решена - прекрасно провели время.

Hotel staff were excellent and always very helpful - manager was warm as was his reception staff. Food looked good at breakfast and more than adequate. Bedroom and especially the bathroom were extremely comfortable. The balcony was unexpected!

Nothing - I would strongly recoomend the hotel on price and comfort and location

Relaxed and wondered on the beaches

spacious room with balcony. convienient to rail station and shopping. lots of places to eat within walking distance.

A quietly located hotel in a primarily residential area of Nice, ideally situated for local transport facilities. The breakfast, although seemingly pricey compared to recent experiences in Europe, provided a good start to the day. The staff were attentive at all times and willingly sought the answers to any of our questions. Our room was spacious and well kept throughout our stay.

A tea/coffee making facility in the room would have been welcome, and provision of more clothes hangers and/or drawer space.

we had a great large room for much cheaper than any other hotel in the area.

Just the price!

We arrived about 22h, the room was dirty, I found a used pillow cover in the middle of the room, the bathroom had new towels but on the floor was full of black long hair and in the bath other type of hair. The room have the carpet and you can’t see if is clean. I wanted to change the room and they didn’t have an other one. The guy on the reception doesn't speak good English, just French said to us: "c'est mon probleme" is not my problem! I will pay 100€ more, but I'll not return again in this hotel!!!

We liked the central position between the sncf station, the beach, and the old town. Also it was comfortable and quiet.

We had breakfast elsewhere, as it was too pricey in the hotel. Bbc 1 tv was advertised as available but the hotel had a problem & could only supply the sound but no pictures.

Location and good sized room

Stayed 6 nights and housekeeping not great - minimal clean; took away cups etc which were not replaced; took away all towels each day instead of just those we left on the floor (hotel has note asking guests to reuse towels to reduce environmental impact which seems to be ignored by house keeping).

I arrived at night and the person there was just awful. He was slow inefficient and not very helpful. friends that stayed with me but arrived during the day told me they were better treated. My bed was way to soft - I woke up with a backach. Again my firend got a better bed (or had lower standards)

We stayed at the hotel 2 weeks ago for 2 nights. The staff accomodated all our request, and was very helpful - we could not wish anything else (thank you!). The room was nice and actually better than we expected (probably the best during our trip - and we stayed in 6 different hotels in France and Germany), and we enjoyed having a private balcony. We would definetely recommend the hotel/stay there again.

We wish we were a bit closer to the downtown. Though it was reachable by foot, it was still a good 10 min walk (however, the beach was close enough). Another thing was that we had a small kitchenette, but they didn't wash the dishes when they cleaned the room.
