Ideally located in the harbor of Cancale, close to St Michael's Mount, the hotel and restaurant Le Querrien welcomes you in a friendly environment.

Hotel Elizabeth, situated in the historic Ship Owners district inside the walls of Saint-Malo offers an atmosphere of yesterday with the modern comforts of today.

Location was excellent and the views magnificent
Would have liked the shower and toilet separated.
Sea food platter very good
Everything was excellent!!!
Too bad I couldn't stay longer!
large and beautiful sea view
- staffs are not bad but not so good as well - carpets are old and dirty...
The best restaurant we've been to in all France
No car park
Good to be in the middle of the port, surrounded by places to eat. Very good restaurant in the hotel. Set menus excellent value.
The inevitable noise from the working oyster farmers, driving up & down past the hotel, plus early deliveries in noisy vans. The ceiling in our room under the eaves, had very little head room in places, especially above the lavatory. Not good for anyone above 4 feet tall !
The location is fantastic and the food is excellent
I felt all the staff were unfriendly and grumpy (apart from the blonde lady who helped check us in) If you wanted something it felt like it was a chore
Location, food, view from room. Good value breakfast, busy restaurant with good service and ambience.
Room very small, though it did have a balcony. €171 seemed a lot.
very comfortable bed excellent shower
seafood very disappointing lobster - soft shell, half empty crab - watery should have complained on the night
Great location. Good family room.
No parking nearby.
Very good location, fantastic views and very friendly staff. Seafood at the restaurant was really good.
The location was excellent
Staff wasn't very helpful no tourist information for English speaking people
Mere Champlain is right in the middle of all the harbor action in Cancale. Location wouldn't be better and the town is great fun, with a real holiday vibe and terrific oysters and other seafood.
Although the hotel has many rooms, it's more a restaurant than a hotel. No lobby, check in at the restaurant, etc. Rooms are a bit tired although bathrooms have been nicely renovated recently. All that said, it's probably still the best available lodging directly on the harbor.
The view from the room was amazing. Wonderful to see the world go by.
Nothing. Lovely hotel in great location.
The seeview from our room (superior seeview) was very good with a balcony above the busy quai. Very quiet in nighttime. Breakfast ok, but not phenomenal. Large P-areas (reasonable prices, 7 Euro/day) nearby.
Difficult to let out your luggage from the car near to the hotel.
Location excellent and view from our room amazing. The balcony area opened to the adjacent room which was occupied by other members of our family.
The receptionist checking us in and again out was not friendly and welcoming at all. She offered no information or even a smile!
room was lovely, restaurant very good
no private parking
Excellent location and very clean. Happily has an elevator. We arrived on a very hot, sunny afternoon and the town was very busy. Difficult to find parking nearby but managed to park outside on flashers to unload. Permanent free parking on hill beside hotel and in nearby municipal car park from 10 pm to 10am. Excellent and very popular restaurant - decent breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Nothing to dislike.
The situ,action and friendlinessh
Fantastic location right on the port/quayside and above the seafood restaurants. We paid extra for a room with a balcony and glad we did so as it was a gorgeous sunny day and it was lovely sitting above the hustle/bustle of the quayside and looking over the bay.
Parking but it is the same with nearly all Cancale hotels due to the popularity of the village, not just here. Planning is required to drop luggage off and move the car to the nearest car park when the day trippers have gone. Wet room is fine but a shelf for toiletries would be preferable to having to put them on the closed loo lid!
A wonderful place to stay , great proximity to mont st michel.Enjoyed an oyster feast, lovely walks with a great vista waking up to the tide changes All our rooms were lovely and the meals wonderful
great location with magnificent views of bay. Comfortable room with plenty of storage space for 2 and good-sized bathroom with walk-in shower. Pay-parking available close by with spaces most times of the day in late may. Restaurant good (but so are many along the promenade).
No dislikes - the brilliant location precludes private hotel parking. Some staff at breakfast time were polite, but could have been more welcoming and SMILED !
Nothing. It was so bad that I did not stay in the hotel. I paid two nights . You have to recover one at least. I totally disagree that someone reserve x number of days and the hotel charge all days in advance. Please let me know how are you going to reintegrate the secon day.
Tthe hotel does not have loby. The loby is the cashier of the restaurant situated at the first floor. They regards you and tell your room is in the upper floor follow this corridor at the end you will find the elevator, at the end of such corridor you find the elevator and the back door of the kitchen, totally open, every thing smelled like a kitchen, including elevator and rooms corridor.
A very good location just up from the Oyster stands. You can eat a dozen opened Oysters for €5.50. They were excellent. Cancale is small but the Hotel is in an excellent spot
There is no parking so you have to use the pay carpark opposite. This is free from 8.0pm until 11.0am
Excellent location with great views.
There was no parking at the hotel itself.
