Quiet country location (even though it's next to a railway station), good secure parking, nice atmosphere. The only niggle is that the wireless internet did not work, except on the ground floor - they intend to fix this. |

The room was comfortable but small as with most French hotels, very small space to walk. Best bed we had in a month in Europe. There were extra towels, pillows and blankets, the only time we had found those items. The wireless was easy to use, required no password or registration, and was very fast. Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection of maps and brochures for area. No refrigerator, but space on windowsill outside window to put things on cold nights. Small bathroom with bathtub and a shower hose but no shower. No lift. Not many electrical plugs. Only enough rack space to open a carryon suitcase, not a full size one except on bed or floor. No TV stations in English. |

Location near Chantilly as well as to Charles De Gaulle airport the night before we left for home, Staff was very nice; good to have a protected area for our rental car also. |

Convenient location to travel to Paris by train - the hotel is in front of the station and it takes a half hour till Paris North. Not easy to find by car - the hotel and the station are outside the village! Friendly service and clean hotel. Is not a good location for a stop if you travel to the North from Paris - still need to cross all the traffic of Paris and it not so close from the highway as t looked. Sensil would be a better choice. Further it looks and feels like not very good chain hotel. Noisy street on one side and the train on the other side. Small room and bathroom, but bigger than similar hotels in Paris.. |

I loved how friendly the reception staff were and also the lovely little play area which my six year old loved. Also the rooms were spotless and the two rooms we had were very different. I loved the location, it was close to Orry La Ville which was worth walking into even though nothing was open. The restaurant next door was great and we had such a great meal there, served by a very humerous waitress. It was right next to the station much to the delight of our six year old who could watch trains right outside his window! We could easily have gone into Paris but were too tired! It was only about 20 minutes drive to Park Asterix which was why we chose to stay here - I would stay here again. |

Great location - close to Chantilly and right on the raiway line into Paris (Gare du Nord) Would not recommend in hot weather. With no air conditioning or fans it was very stuffy on warm days/nights. With window shut railway was very quiet. So we had to either suffer the heat or the sound from the railway. They should install ceiling fans in the rooms. |

Very friendly, helpful staff and always available. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.This may be a cultural thing, as in the uk this would be standard in a similarly priced room |

1. The location (although next to the train station there was no noise at all), and was just next to the Chantilly forest and 10 min drive from the castle. 2.The hotel is run by the owners who take excellent care of their guests. Also breakfast was fresh and plenty. Not very easy to find. |

I chose this hotel mainly for its later breakfast and check-out (both till 12) compared to other hotels in the area. Rather calm despite its location (between a road and a train station). Good welcome. Great colourfully displayed breakfast. Beautiful forest of Chantilly almost on its doorstep. I chose this hotel over others like Kyriad and Campanile as the pictures shown on different websites made it look more traditional and "French" to me. I felt that the decor, the music in the corridors and the bedrooms give it that "chain of hotels" kind of feel though. But the friendliness of the staff, a good night's sleep and the great breakfast helped overcome that feeling. |

Hotel near railway station -so trip to Paris was very easy. Hotel was situated in Forest so access to walks, and also near to chateaux and places of interest.l No. Everybody very welcoming. Just a pity like everywhere else, the exchange rate was not favourable for us. |

hotel staff. Curtains don't hide completely the windows (ground floor room). One window (of the 2) didn't close completely (there was no more latch). And mattress was flabby. |

hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The reception area, breakfast room are beautifully decorated. Kids corner near the reception. The rooms facing the station, railroad are very loud. |
