By a pond, the hotel is near Saintes Maries de la Mer and the Ornithological Park with its amazing pink flamingos. All rooms are at ground-level around a patio planted with trees.

There must have been many horses nearby, because there was a smell - but it was pretty to see them passing nearby.
We stayed for four nights in July 2014 as part of our honeymoon. Everything from the location, the rooms, the staff and especially the view were perfect. The owner Aurelie and her friendly and helpful staff were always on hand for anything we needed. Aurelie was also happy to help us book horse riding nearby as our French isn't great. The hotel is very intimate with only twelve rooms, immaculately kept, a beautiful pool area and a picture postcard view of the Camargue, complete with white horse, from every room. We couldn't rate this place highly enough and can't wait to go back!
A quaint little place. Clean, friendly and on its way to even better and greater days, thanks to the efforts of the new, young owners. Breakfast is served with a great big smile and your wishes are addressed in a friendly and efficient manner. The rooms are clean and satisfy all the basic needs well. My favorite feature was the porch in our room that led into the green compound, bordered by pastures with Camarque horses, reeds and cattails, allowing glimpses of lakes and flamingos behind them. A blissful sight and a place to stay a while and sip a local wine. Excellent value!

It's just outside of town, a 2 minute drive, & so it's out in the country so to speak. This makes it a tranquil place to stay.
It could have been an excellent place to stay if a bit of attention were given to minor things such as 3 broken stone slabs around pool. MOSQUITOS - not management's fault in any way but this is the Camargue in summer - BEWARE! A lovely verandah was rendered unusable due to these pests.
The best Hotel during our trip in Camargue, very friendly personal, nice room with a terrace, deck chairs, and nice view of the Camargue's sunset view, breakfast was great and abundant (fresh home made smoothies!), close proximity to the town St. Marie de la Mer (by car approx. 2 min)
The woman who ran the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. This was the perfect place for a quiet lay-over.
very good and helpful staff great breakfast
A little tired round the edges work in progress
Extremely scruffy hotel
The hospitality from Auralie is a real pleasure. She provides great advice and the tour with Jerry was very interesting.
Nothing all was good
Terrific! Just outside the town (2 minutes in car or 10 minutes walk) which suited us. Lovely welcome; very comfortable rooms; quiet; good breakfast; lots of local advice, including arrangements to go horse riding; and real sense that one is sleeping in the middle of the Camargue because no buildings from patio. Lots of wind so mosquitoes not a problem but, judging by the way the mosquito is one of the local symbols of the town, I'd come prepared anti-mosquito spray next time. Stunning countryside.
Room available without booking.
Breakfast not included in room price.
Friendly staff, great location, rooms clean & comfortable. Watching sunset from our own verandah. Powerful shower, super breakfast.
Couldn't stay longer
We had an outstanding stay here. The rooms were comfortable, clean and very peaceful. The warmth, helpfulness and generosity of the hosts made our stay really unforgettable, and the breakfasts were delicious, fresh, varied and well presented every morning.
Very nice location outside of town, great hosts, and a delicious breakfast.
very good staff ,breakfast, bed bathroom and shower. very quiet at night so great for sleeping.
mosquitos at night,so take insect repellant[everywhere in the camargue] outdoor environment needs a gardeners eye to make what would be a huge improvement.
This hotel is in an unusual setting and rooms lookout over the wild countryside of the Camargue .Although small, our room was clean and comfortable ,there was a tiny separate toilet and small shower room with great shower. A small terrace with chairs, table and sunbeds leads out to a garden area and across the fence a white horse was grazing...very picturesque. The breakfast was very good with cereal, fruit, lovely fresh bread ,croissant ,jams , cheese and ham etc and eggs on request.Great trip out with Jerry in his 4x4 as recommended by the hotel ,he took us all over the hidden tracks and was a mine of information about the Camargue,it's people and the traditions.
Tiny toilet certainly not suitable for disabled people or very big people . Dogs allowed in the dining room with one lady feeding her dog at the table !
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, if simple, rooms. Truly stunning panoramic views of Camargue wildlife from your room. We stayed overnight but it would be worth a longer stay. If you are a bird watcher or horse rider this place must be perfect.
There is no restaurant in the hotel and the nearest options are all 2 / 3 km away in Stes Maries centre
Friendly welcoming staff; clean comfortable accommodation, good pool; great breakfasts; convenient location.
