My family and I stayed there for 4 nights to attend the Le Mans 24 hr. Gilles and Bridgette made us feel very welcome and fussed over us the entire time we were there. All the food was incredible and even my girls were eating breakfast. Thank you for looking after us so well. Hope to come back and see you again. Del Jeays

    There was nothing to dislike!

The garden. the house. the breakfast. Thr quietness.

The difficulty to find the location.

We really enjoyed the location, which was quiet with lovely countryside views from the back of the property and from the pool. We loved the breakfasts, even our youngest son (rather fussy) tucked into the homemade yoghurt and cakes with enthusiasm. Our room was pretty and very comfortable.

Friendly and helpful, lovely rooms, excellent dinner and breakfast of local and homemade produce. Pretty location which was not far from nearest town and motorway.

No tea or coffee in the room, but otherwise immaculately appointed.

Madame (wife of the owner) is very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, and use produce from the garden. Rooms are very clean and simply decorated, wonderfully French. Pool, garden and countryside are beautiful.

Monsieur ( the owner) was grumpy and rude during our two night stay. He made us feel unwelcome by telling us he hotel was closed between 11.00 and 1700 and we shouldn't be in the pool (at this point, it was 10.30). Paying this much money, I object to being made to feel unwanted. Dinner was superb, but the owner spent the entire meal with his back to us, even though I speak good conversational French. Fortunately, the other guests were much better company. Finally, on the last morning the pool was not opened, making sure we were more inclined to leave early (even though checkout was 11am).

The location - gorgeous renovated country house surrounded by fields with nothing but the countryside in sight
