Fabulous location. Tiny room but its only for sleeping in. Would definitely go back. Great value for money.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Though our room was small it was well appointed and clean. Great location. Breakfast offered an excellent selection buffet style. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

We found La Regence Etoile a great place to stay. It was for our 25th wedding and when we arrived they had put a basket of fruit and a bottle of champagne in our rooms a gift. The room was clean and very comfortable staff helpful

This was our second stay at this hotel.The location is great as it is in the same street as the bus stop for the Air France bus and the Metro is right there . You can see the Arc de Triomphe and there are resturants ,shops etc close by. The staff are great,very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very comfortable with coffee & tea making facilities and a small fridge.We stayed in 403 for 3 days in beginning of April .

The only thing that would have made it better was to have larger Bath towels. We did not ask so not sure whether they were available or not.

The hotel was luxurious. Our room was comfortable with a great view of the Arc de Triomphe. Location ideal for the Champs Elysees and metro trvel.

Nice view from the terrace. Convenience if you are travel by Metro and rer because just two minutes walk from the hotel to metro station(line m1,m6 anf rer A).There is two restaurant (one for French food and one for general cafe),one bakery shop(where you can taste fresh baked french breads) and one convenience store ( which you can buy fresh fruit and goceries items) located in the street of the hotel. Staff could speak English and helpful when you need assist

The room is dusty especially on the cloth wraping the bed and the two big cushions. The two carpets place behind the bed were also dirty, black stain were saw on the surface ( remind to bring your own scandal, there is no disposible slipper provided)

Location couldn't be beat, hotel was clean and extremely quiet considering the location.

Wifi is capped and therefore very, very, very, very slow. Radiator heat was difficult to control, so had to leave a window open to keep it cool. Booked a room with 2 beds, but got a single so male friend and I had to share a bed for the whole stay.

Not a cheap hotel £133 a night. We stayed in March, clean, hot water, we had a bath. Bed the most comfortable we have ever slept in and great pillows.Very quiet. The location is amazing the Arc de Triomphe was a few strides away from our hotel. The metro was at the top of the street. A good cake shop at the end of the street. Would def stay here again and recommend to others.

Breakfast was 13 euros each, def not worth the money. Paris is very expensive. We had 2 coffees and a cake and they charged 20 euro's, awful coffee and cake!

Front desk lady was friendly and helpful .. Got us early check in .. Got room on upper floor with a balcony overlooking Arc de Triomphe .. Beautiful! Room good size for Paris standard .. Bathroom was clean .. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers .. Enjoyed our two nights stay ... !

We got big luggages so the steps to the hotel lobby and lift area was cumbersome ..

The rooms were clean and well furnished and the had a great view of the Arc de Triomphe The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and all reception staff could speak English. We were snowed in and they let us keep our room after check out until out airport transfer came. This was invaluable as I had my 1.5 year old son with me and I didn't want to push him round for hours in the cold waiting for our transfer. Overall great hotel and my second stay was as good as the first. Deserves more than its 3 stars.

Hotel location, cleanliness, Room was spacious and comfortable and always smelled good, rooms were heated as well. All the staff members were helpful and friendly.

Nothing. It was all great. Perhaps the only thing is you only have one room key. Otherwise fantastic hotel.

Location - very easy to access all areas of Paris, very friendly helpful staff, clean well equipped room and bathroom. It was very very cold in Paris while we were there and it was most welcoming to come into a warm hotel and room was kept to a warm even temperature. Would definitely return !

Thought the staff where excellent helpful and friendly. The location was also very good next to many amenities and sights.
