We stayed at the beginning of our trip & were very happy to return. Lovely big rooms & bathroom. Ask for a room overlooking the street. So close to the Champs Élysées & the Metro.

    Nothing to dislike.

Great location, very convenient for champs elysee and all transport links. Very clean and comfortable if a little pricey when breakfast is not included.

Twice were given the wrong room key meaning we could have accessed some else's room, fortunately we are honest people, others may not be!!

A small but very comfortable hotel only a few meters from the Metro and the Arc de Triomphe with a wonderful very helpful staff. For the kosher traveler, there are many kosher restaurants, cafes, and bakeries within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Also, the WiFi in the room worked very well. The staff were very accommodating for any requests for plates, dishes, glasses for in room dining. A wonderful place to stay.

The guest needs to be aware that the room was small by American standards and could not accommodate a third guest, even a baby. For a couple it is fine.

Renovated and relatively spacious by Paris standards. Great location for our purposes: to view Tour de France. Good bed and pillows, and our room (204) had a balcony on the street - and was still quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

    Breakfast quality was just okay.

Quiet location near metro - clean and comfortable room - little extras like drinking glasses, wine glasses, cork screws and bottle opener. Room in fridge to put our drinks. Lift to room and dining room.

Steps to and from lift when coming in/ going out - tripped up a few times. Absence of milk with drinks.

Only about 150 m from the metro and 250 from the Arc de Triomphe. Located in a relatively quiet road for traffic noise but close enough to be able to walk to the Champs Élysées. A good hotel choice and a lucky find.

The breakfast room is a bit small but the breakfast is good, although like most places a bit on the dear side!

Fab location minutes from major Metro Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Staff friendly and helpful. Neat, tidy, charming yet with modern facilities. Light and airy with a view of the Arch de Triomph. Fridge, bath and shower. Comfortable beds. Good value for money, better than a 3 star. Wifi excellent

A bit noisy but the whole of Paris is noisy in the summer

Staff were facilitative. Well located for Metro, Arc de Triomphe. Beds comfortable

No bar in the hotel. Breakfast was minimal. Seemed expensive for what was offered. Air con, had on /off no other controls worked (not sure if by intention or faulty unit), seemed to be intermittent through the night.

The entrance was very beautiful and grand. Gave us a very good impression of the hotel. The Reception were kind enough to give us our room for an extra two hours when departing which made all the difference to our leaving the hotel.

Husband and I stayed here for a week and totally loved our stay, in fact I cant think of anything I didn't like, except that I had to leave. The staff were wonderful, really friendly and couldn't help enough. The room was great, with a large double window opening onto the inner courtyard, which we liked as it was very quiet. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Proximity to everything was good being able to walk to some things and metro or taxis aren't far for the rest. I would stay here again and again, loved it.

    That I had to leave!!

Pleasant staff, very well situated for all forms of public transport. Comfortable beds, clean. Went to 2 restaurants nearby, both lovely, particularly the tiny Italian further down the road.

Staff could be better informed about transport and getting around Paris.

Good beds,, lovely linens Location Limited breakfast at 13 euros.

1 Size of room,,needed two beds for 4nights,,,,,when suitcases were opened on the floor (no suitcase stand) no floor space left to walk. Yes, I know it was European size but became a chore and frustrating. 2 the bathroom was new and clean except when having a shower, there was a bathtub but no shower curtain. also no drain in the floor to let out the water that splashed around the room during the shower. Therefore the water would accumulate on the bathroom floor until it evaporated or you used your towel to partially soak it up. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom to get rid of steam... So had to leave bathroom door open into an terribly small room! Everything just felt wet, (our allotted towels) were always in various stages of sogginess and nothing every really dry. However, tried to get bigger room with two beds but everything was full and we did not want to wasted the time for looking elsewhere.
