ホテルスタッフの方が非常に感じ良く対応してくれました。お部屋も清潔感ありました。立地条件も非常によく- 、ショッピングにもパリ市内観光にも便利な場所だと思いました。

特になかったです。

凱旋門の側にあり、観光に大変便利。スタッフは親切で、部屋もきれい。

スタッフはフレンドリー、掃除も問題なし、ロケーション抜群（凱旋門からもエールフランスのリムジンバスの- 発着場所からも3分程度）、夜遅くまで近所の食料品店がオープンしているのでお水などを買うのに便利、等な- ど、快適に過ごすことができました。

パリのホテル事情を考えると仕方ないと思いますが部屋が狭い。また、リムジンバス発着場所から近いですが、- やや急な坂を下った所に位置しているので、大きな荷物を持つ人には少々辛いかもしれません。（といっても数- 分の距離ですが）

Location of the hotel was excellent, could not be better. There is a bus-stop of Air France Airport Shuttle on Avenue Carnot where the hotel is located. It was really practical to take the shuttle to go to airport. Room was small but very clean. We had an extra small room to place our luggages. If I go to Paris again, I would stay at this hotel.

Staff at the reception desk, welcoming and nice. The bathroom is small but new and clean, that is the most important thing. Even the bed looks small but it's a comfortable mattress. (Staff gentile. Bagno pulito. Letto piccolo ma buon materasso)

My room was a standard double. In the pictures on the website they show nicer and newer furniture than the one I had in mine. I would suggest to change this furniture because it gives the room a quite old appearance. (Arredamento vecchio, non corrispondente alle foto sul sito, ma forse perchè la mia era una stanza matrimoniale standard, che costa meno)

If possible they could have hair dryers of better quality. This is an important device when we on travel and what they offers is not really much useful for a women. Another point is the quality of the linnes that for the style of the hotel may be better. They are already good though!

The location was superb for a first visit to Paris, we were interested in the sights and started with the amazing Arc de Triomph, very nearby the hotel. It was easy to access everything we wanted to see in Paris. Nice area, nice shops, etc.

Fairly cool responses by staff when questions were asked. They did help but there was a bit of an attitude (perhaps because we didn't speak french.)

The hotel has a great location on a quiet street right off of the Champs- Elysees. From the front door of the hotel you can see the Arc de Triomphe. There is also a Metro stop 1/2 a block from the hotel - very convenient.

As noted in almost all reviews of Parisian hotels, this room was teeny tiny. Smaller than other rooms I've stayed in the city. We requested 2 single beds which we received, but due to the size of the room they were pushed right next to each other. When we walked in we couldn't tell they were single beds until we looked at the linens. Good thing we were old friends! May not be suitable for all, though.

Lovely hotel, very smart, elegant and clean, in a very good location.

Breakfast room is very small and not large enough if the hotel is busy. If you are not early you may not get a table and there may not be much choice remaining. Better to go to one of the local cafe's.

The hotel is very conveniently located - very close to Arc de Triamph and a Metro station. We were able to go to most of the top attractions using the Metro. The hotel staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and o.k. as they are mostly used to sleep only. Bathroom is of good size.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was exceptionally clean. The Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, and a metro station were within easy walking distance, and we loved the view of the Arc de Triomphe from our room.

Worth paying extra for a good sized superior room with a light airy bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location.
