locates in a nice residential area and close to the largest park in Lyon, close to C1 bus stop, room (exec suite) is huge. Best way to get around the city is riding a bike. Only one reception staff working at time, not very keen to help. |

The hotel is great! Great value for money! It is very conveniently located and easily reachable by public transport and on foot. There is a nice park just a couple of minutes away from the hotel and one can do jogging there from early morning till late night. Personnel is very helpful. |

Nice hotel located in quite district. Very close to a big green park. Good apartment with 2 rooms. Kitchen has everything you need.Parking is expensive - 13 euros/day. Same as breakfast - 19. Quite far from city center and major points of interest. |

Wow. What a beautiful place and the rooms were excellent. We had a problem with the pull out bed so they replaced it with a pair of single beds within the hour! The boys really appreciated not having to share. The place was posh compared to what we had been used to on our trip through France. |

We stopped here on the way to Provence and were very comfortable as a family of four with our dog. Perfect location next to one of the best city parks in France. Stay here with your children, walk to the park, take a boat ride, visit the free zoo, rent bikes, enjoy ice cream..... The suites are very comfortable for a family and parking is easy. Don't order the 20-euros breakfast; There is an excellent boulangerie a few blocks away where you can find very good pain au chocolat and fresh juice! |

Good area and easy acccess by car. Large living area and quiet location. Good to have full kitchen facilities. Lack of coffee and tea making facilities - no kettle and limited cutlery and crockery. We obtained an internet special price and this rate was fitting for the facilities at the Apartment. Full price would have been too expensive for the type of accommodation offered. Coffee in the bar was very expensive. |

The service was excellent. The reception helped bring our luggage up to our room even though he wasn't supposed to. He also helped us arrange a tour by hiring a taxi for us... because all the tours were booked. |

Friendly and ready to help staff, excellent room (we had a suite actually); hotel well located, comfortable, quiet; the only negative points: it's difficult to park the car in the parking lots in the underground; the restaurant is not open from Friday to Monday or so. |

They took a warranty for the full stay in the hotel from your credit card and after this will not be returned after a month! |

The garden Staff not very helpful when asked about restaurants close by - it was a bank holiday and we were told that there werent any restaurants open in this residential area, and little help was offered after that. We had to find our own way into the old town to eat. |

You closed the restaurant and bar for VE day; absolutely no consideration for your paying guests. The restaurant menu was atrocious. |

The suites are spatious and bright, nicely furnished, large bathroom. The hotel has a nice location, just two steps from the parc. The hotel restaurant is closed on weekend, the kitchen was not fully equiped as promised in the hotel description. |

Plenty of space and very quiet. Quite well equipped. Reception staff adequate but not very friendly. No milk in kitchen for making coffee. Breakfast too expensive. Quite a long walk from anywhere. Good f you are staying a while but not very sensible for one or two nights. |
