It is ideally located for all the region has to offer, being right in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards (Grave wine appellation) yet only 15 min from Bordeaux’s vibrant city centre, 45 min from the pristine Atlantic beaches and the Arcachon bassin, 5 min from Mérignac international airport and 3 min from the major routes to Paris, Toulouse, the Pays-Basque and Spain.
