La tranquilidad del hotel, pese a estar en el centro de La Rochelle

El hotel necesitas reformas en las habitaciones (grietas, ventanas viejas, cortinas rotas, pintura, etc.) menaje de cocina mas completo, mobiliario mas moderno y aire acondicionado. Precio del aparcamiento caro.

La ubicación, la limpieza y que el parking estaba en el hotel y se podía acceder directamente a las habitaciones

las camas indiviuales (sofás) de nuestro apartamento de 4 eran un poco pequeñas

El precio por la habitacion, ya que es espaciosa. Ademas es poco ruidoso.

Mobiliario muy basico. Las cortinas no cierran bien y entra la luz.

The location to the port and centre of La Rochelle was fantastic, just a short 5 minute walk past the beautiful cathedral and historical streets. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless, with fresh bedding and towels each day. Very enjoyable stay.

Breakfast at 15 euros was a little too expensive, so we avoided that, breakfast at the nearby cafés was just 5.50 euros or the supermarket was close enough.

Fantastic location and a very spacious apartment.

We found our stay here very pleasant even though other guests we spoke to did not think it deserved 4* status - a great location for all your needs.

Swimming pool, location, familiar room.

Premises need to be refurbished, yo need to reserve parking (nobody told us), if not, you must to park far from the hotel.

The location is excellent for a visit to La Rochelle. The residence, however, is becoming very dated - torn or frayed carpet, for instance - it looks old, but not in a good way. The staff, while not unpleasant, were surprisingly aloof, compared to our many other experiences throughout France. We felt we were doing them a favour by staying there, but a disservice by asking a question (whether asked in English or French).

At the reception the people where very friendly and helpfull, but with breakfast it took all very much time.

the room was not ready at our income day at 3 o,clock but at 4.At the last day breakfast was not ready at half past 6.

Brilliant car park. Relaxing garden. Free internet in public area. Very calm and very quiet. Close to all the sites.

Smudge of something red on a wall. No idea what is is. Curtains need fixing.

Easy walking distance to everything. Parking reasonably priced.

Difficult to find as hotel located in a busy street behind a shop front. No air conditioning so could get very stuffy in summer. Room was starting to show wear and tear. Would not classify as luxury 4*

Great location, friendly and helpfull staff, very nice 2-room appartment, tastefully decorated hotel, small but convenient swimming pool to cool off after a warm day. In short, highly recommended!

We booked 5 weeks in advance but only 5 days before our trip the hotel informed us that they could not allow 4 people in the appartment. After some discussion the staff told us they would reconsider. We had to call back to find out what was the outcome, but in the end everything worked out fine. My only other remark is about the breakfast, which is OK but somewhat expensive at 15 € pp.
