Posizione,parcheggio (anche se 10 € al giorno) e tranquillità!

Abbiamo prenotato nel residence, un monolocale, per poter cucinare qualcosa, evitando I pasti sempre al ristorante. Ci spacciano una camera con frigo e microonde per monolocale....cucinino inesistente! Facciamo presente la cosa, ci dicono che è stato un errore, ci sono ancora alcune stanze non adibite a monolocale...bah... Ci danno un appartamento il giorno dopo, ma a partire dalle 15h (altro pasto fuori)...moquette ovunque, anche in cucina, crepe ovunque sui muri, bidé con del mastik all'interno....l'interno è degli anni 80.....il tutto per 375 euro per 3 notti + 30 euro di parcheggio!!!siamo a ferragosto ok, ma mi sembra cmq troppo in rapporto a ciò che offre...non ci torneremo.....

Fabulous location and the apartments are perfect for families. Great to stay in such a well located comfortable hotel without the huge price tag - we came last year and loved it and no doubt we'll be back again.

Rooms could do with a lick of paint soon. Was disappointed by the lack of room service on the Friday night.

Sound transfer between rooms in the new block. No Bar service during our stay (and, we imagine, no dining or room service, as this is via the Bar.)

24h reception, parking included, outdoor swimming pool in a nice setting and quiet environment. The rooms are clean, and the beds comfy. Lobby has a piano, and fireplace.

Nothing much to reproach, the ceiling needed a fresh paint, that's about it.

Reasonable price given the quality of the hotel/residence. Very central location for the market and shops on rue des Merciers, rue St Yon and rue Palais.

Modern good sized rooms,kitchenette.location in La Rochelle..Lounge area, with fireplace, pool.

Parking states 2.15m,but in fact low point is -1.96m,my roof box now has a large hole in it.The hotel has taken full responsibility. The hotel is showing a lack of upkeep,but is still a good place to stay .Shower water pressure low.Power went out for about 30 minutes.

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. We had to change our original dates due to air traffic contollers strike on the day we were due to arrive and they were great and changed dates at no extra cost

The hotel is in an excellent location with extremely helpful staff. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and will definiately stay there again on future trips to the area.

Nothing in particular except hair dryers are by request which we found slightly unusual.

Its location was excellent, right in the middle of this wonderful town. It had a very good car park underground and it public rooms were very extensive and comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were not able to use the pool and gardens as it was raining, but they looked well cared for and maintained. It is amazing this hotel existed in the middle of a busy shopping street.

Unfortunately the rooms do not live up to the rest of the hotel. It is because they in what looks like a sixties built extension and they feel dated, albeit they are kept very clean and it feels as if the owners are trying their best with what they have got. Also, for the price they are really good value, so if you do not need to stay in the room for long periods, they are certainly adequate. If you don't know where the hotel is you have difficulty believing you can get a car in across a busy thoroughfare up a one way street. We 'chickened out', parked with difficulty, then found the hotel and went back for the car. Perhaps better explanation in the hotel description would solve this.

Quiet, calm location, friendly efficient staff

It was excellent having parking at the hotel but arriving by car in a very narrow, busy, one way street with no indication as to where the hotel is, and no advance guidance given as to accessing the parking garage, was difficult.

The apartment option. The car park. The helpful staff.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were getting a little tired and need refurbishment.

location was good centre town close to everything yet quiet. Good TV and excellant internet. studio room handy and useful. Carpark good.

Run down feeling in the room. Carpet was dirty which made the room look run down. there was no ai rconditioning which was relly needed on hot nights. Good bathroom but towels were old and small.

Studio apartment was a bit small. But still room for an enormous bed and cot

Really recommended, we stopped in a small studio and it was clean had good facilities and was in the heart of the old town. Very quiet but just five mins to the sea front.
