Myself and some friends stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The staff were helpful and the food good. Free wifi in rooms and public areas.

Le restaurant de cet hôtel n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des prix qu'il pratique 40 mn d'attente pour avoir la carte 1h30 avant d'avoir le premier plat tous les plats servis froids, tièdes dans la meilleur des cas,ration aux proportions ridicules,le fromage servi sans pain En guise d'excuse un digestif offert d'autorité sans un mot d'excuse du chef ou du maître d'hôtel Lamentable !!!

Hotel calme. Chambre claire avec vue sur la Truyère et un lit très spacieux Emplacement géographique excellent Excellente table avec un bon service Petit déjeuner décevant sans pratiquement aucun choix de fromages ou charcuterie en Auvergne!! Et 3 fruits Seul le pain était excellent.Pour 12€ on peut espérer un peu plus La déco de notre chambre et du couloir était inexistante Juste un tout petit tableau Dommage

Je parcours beaucoup d'hôtels, mais l'hôtel la rivière est un des meilleurs en qualité prix , les détails de la chambre sont étudiés pour notre confort, pour le bain nous avons des produits a l'huile d'argan ! cet hotel mérite un quatre étoiles. L'ensemble des prestations est de bon goût. Le summum c'est le restaurant ; un voyage dans des produits naturels et du terroir pour un prix très raisonnable, des produits bien choisis,bien cuisinés, et d'une présentation digne des grand restaurant parisien , je tiens a féliciter le propriétaire de cet établissement qui montre sa compétance et son proféssionalisme . si vous êtes dans la région d'aurillac, cet hotel vaut le détour .

Séjour de 3 jours,hôtel bien situé, accueil sympathique.Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur rivière bien équipée, propre et calme mais vraiment petite pour un 3 étoiles.Repas du soir au restaurant gastronomique bon et varié. Chambre petite.pas de proposition de demi pension alors que l'on nous propose un menu unique.pas de réservation ni de paiement avec la carte américan express.

L'accueil, la disponibilité et les services proposés par l'équipe de Direction sont parfaits. Les installations sont très agréables. Une mention spéciale " très bien " pour le chef qui est particulièrement doué et nous propose des recettes originales et délicieuses. La climatisation fait défaut quand la température est très élevée dans la journée et que les nuits restent chaudes.

Bon emplacement avec une bonne qualité de cuisine. Le personnel de service de cet hotel est en dessous de la moyenne, notamment dans la salle de restaurant. Il manque manifestement un patron qui dirige son personnel pour donner satisfaction aux clients.
