- Excellent location - excellent ski shop - tasteful modern decor - food quality - friendly staff - Spa single treatment room, no reception or waiting area, no change room, no robes etc. Very expensive not taking these details into consideration - overly expensive in general (e.g. continental breakfast with no hot meal option €35 - young inexperienced staff in a gourmet restaurant, errors made, e.g. serving cafe instead of decaf in the evening - the vehicle used for the transfer from the TGV looked like it had been used to herd cows for several years and then washed for the purpose Overall a lovely hotel but there are details that need to be improved to justify the price

Sans aucun doute,La Sivolière est un hôtel/chalet de charme,situé idéalement dans la station de Courchevel,avec à disposition un système de navette privative pour nos déplacements au sein de celle ci;nous y avons séjourné au calme, le personnel a su être discret et disponible,Astuce cependant:oubliez si vous êtes gourmand,le petit dejeuner continental servi en chambre (pauvre !),preferez lui le buffet servi dans l'agreable restaurant, un grand coup de coeur pour les skis men tres pros! Deception toute fois concernant notre chambre double superieure,petite, 25m2 (salle de bain,couloir et wc compris) contre les 35 annoncés lors de la reservation,absence de coin salon contrairement à la description de la chambre (manque de confort ainsi lors de la prise d'un petit dejeuner en chambre),une salle de bain banale pour un hôtel de cette categorie,et des toilettes séparées, certes, mais qui necessite pourtant un passage via la salle de bain!Un grand lit oui,mais avec deux matelas,malgré notre demande,le changement de matelas pour un seul n'a pas été entendu (peu confortable pour un couple qui dort collé),necessaire de toilette dejà entamé à notre arrivée et resté tel quel jusqu'à notre depart!Un balcon/terrasse en rdc non cloturé!

Excelente localização, serviço perfeito, não é o tipo de hotel 5 estrelas americano e sim estilo relais & chateau. Tudo funciona bem, mas é caro, quarto pequeno. Caro, o resto é perfeito

Le service attentionné et le personnel de la boutique de ski. Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes. Le prix est trop élevé pour la qualité de la nourriture. Heureusement, beaucoup de bons restos à proximité.

Nous n' avons pas dormis car le bruit du moteur de la ventilation de l'hotel nous en a empêché. Nous avons, pour cette raison, été très déçu de notre séjour. La responsable de l'établissement nous à dit que le responsable du restaurant avait "oublié" d'arrêter la ventilation, mais le veilleur de nuit à 5h du matin, nous à dit qu'il avait eu d'autres plaintes pour cette chambre ?!? Sauf que 650 euros la nuit "blanche" c'est inacceptable. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cette hôtel.

Het zen gevoel in dit hotel. Aangenaam tot in de details: mooi , cosi,vriendelijk en professioneel personeel, lekker eten, ontspannen muziek, heerlijke geur, hotel gelegen aan de ski piste, gezellig spa center om te relaxen...
