La Vieille Bastide is located 10 minutes from Draguignan and just 30 minutes of the Lac de Sainte-Croix and the famous Gorges of the Verdon. The hotel is situated in the picturesque verdant landscape of the Var department of southeastern France and is open all year round. The fair stone country house of Provence shelters spacious and bright guestrooms that provide comfortable living spaces. They are equipped with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi internet access. Proximity to town (walking distance) of Flayosc, fairly clean if very dated sheets, covers, curtains, sharing wall with storage shed gave extra layer of soundproofing. Room was spacious and the first bed's size would be what we call a twin size. Ample parking as it big enough for lodgers and the restaurant quests. We booked the most expensive room Mimosa with 2 beds for 2 people, It must have been converted from a shed or other utility building as it partially sunken into the ground and has no moisture membrane and the room is damp. Very unhealthy air, and really unbearable if you have asthma or any similar condition. Decor was dated, there were no mosquitoe screens other than in the bathroom so we had to keep windows and entrance door shut. Upon departure owners wanted additional 80E for use of the second bed! It took an hour to battle over the fine print, 2 phone calls to booking.com (no resolution there as they were only fronting the operation which is closed on Saturday).

The room was spacious and typical provencale, bathroom comfortable; outdoors beautifully cared for. Breakfast was good. Pity that the restaurant was closed for the month of March, and having arrived at 9.00pm went to bed hungry.

ご夫婦で営まれている様子で、家庭的なもてなしを受けているような印象をうけて、くつろぐことができた。小- さい宿ながら、庭も雰囲気がよく、小さなプールもあり、部屋も暖かみのあるしつらえでした。なかなかめぐり- あえないこのようなホテルが増えてくれることを期待します。

Sa situation et son cadre. Malheureusement sur 8 chambres (pas toutes occupées) nous avons eu celle qui était la plus bruyante (rangée de ventilateurs, pompe à chaleur) collés sur un côté du mur de la chambre. Nous étions les seuls a être restés 3 nuits consécutives, je crois qu'on aurait pu nous mettre dans une chambre plus tranquille est du à réservation booking Le café du matin succent, pas chaud, la maîtresse de maison ne repasse pas pour vous demander si vous en voulez ou pas, le dernier jour nous nous sommes permis d'en redemander, dommage! ça ne vaut pas les 10€ par personne.

Rust, typisch Provençaals maar heel netjes. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. geen klachten. Restaurant was in dit seizoen niet beschikbaar, dus daar geen mening over.

Tout était très bien mais nous avons eu 2 petits lits et non un grand lit. Je l'ai fait remarque et on m'a répondu qu'une chambre double ce n'était pas forcément 1 grand lit!..pour une escapade amoureuse, c'est pas top! Niveau propreté c'est surtout la çafetiere qui est concernée, oubliée lors du nettoyage de la chambre sinon accueil charmant, chambre confortable, cadre magnifique . On y rtournera en précisant que l'on veut un Gand lit..!!!!

Vackert läge med en prydlig trädgård och gedigen arkitektur. Härligt poolområde.Känd för ett bra kök som vi inte hann prova. Vårt terassrum kändes fuktig och var ej prisvärd.Låg I källarplanet Bokade tidigt men fick trots detta sämsta läget, övriga rum höll högre standard.Kolla detta helt avgörande för upplevelsen

Lugnt och stilla område. Familjärt hotell med genuin känsla av att värdfamiljen vill att gästerna ska trivas. Frukost kostar extra I Frankrike, och kontinental frukost är alltid en sockerbomb, vilket ju inte är speciellt för detta hotell

La piscine Le choix des menus assez "court", on a vite fait le tour de la carte si l'on reste quelques jours. La route d'accès extérieure avant l'hôtel est excécrable, il n'est pas nécessaire d'y placer des ralentisseurs! Dommage que les deux chambres réservées donnent sur l'arrière de l'hôtel - chambres un peu sombres vu la végétation; par contre la climatisation est impeccable par fortes chaleurs.
