Villa Mazarin was a complete surprise to us. The moment we stepped through the front door we were greeted by helpful staff and decor that suited the ancient building. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the tiled bathroom was luxurious with a huge shower. The buffet breakfast was excellent with the choice to eat inside the atrium or outside on the patio. |

Excellent staf in a very understated and peacefull way. Lovely indoor swimming pool and parking at the hotel which is in the heart and withing the walls of Aigues Mortes. An excellent and peacefull place. |

The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the garden is beautiful, the swimming pool superb, the bedrooms are fabulous and the town of Aigues Mortes is very historical and picturesque with lots of restaurants and bars. Absoloutly Nothing |

Zeer attent personeel, mooie en ruime kamer, gezellig interieur, verwarmd zwembad, jacuzzi en hammam, huiselijke sfeer in een authentiek kader Het ontbijt liet enigzins te wensen over, er was geen roomservice en zelfs geen mogelijkheid om een broodje of slaatje te bestellen |

Grande chambre et grand lit très confortable. Jardins et piscine chauffée très calme. Garage couvert sécurisé. Charme du site historique et d'une décoration de bon goût. Difficulté pour se faire servir un petit déjeuner en chambre le matin avant 8h00. Pas de réponse au téléphone. Obligation de descendre en salle de petit déjeuner déserte. Attente pour trouver... Enfin! La seule personne présente dans l'établissement Remarque sur le fait que les Pt Dej ne sont servi en chambre qu'à partir de 8h00 (il est 7h45) et petit déjeuner "indigent" facturé 14€. Le problème est un manque de personnel évident. Fenêtres de chambre non totalement occultables (rideaux). Porte de chambre laissant passer tous les bruits du couloir. Des détails qui "tuent" le standing recherché de l'hotel. |

la localisation intra-muros de l'hotel , son calme, la qualité des prestations proposées (piscine, spa, hammam, sauna,) et la possibilité d'en bénéficier tard le soir et le jour du départ, les très belles et grandes chambres (nous avions choisi une double supérieure), la possibilité de se garer dans le garage de l'hotel car sinon il faut laisser la voiture sur des parking extra-muros, bref un endroit plein de charme et de quiétude Le petit déjeuner etait un peu en deça du reste : jus de fruit en bouteille, jambon polyphosphaté, pas d'oeufs par exemple |
