Hotel La Villa Nice Promenade    

Good location,lovely friendly staff,very clean and modern.Nice quiet location.Supermarket across the road.

A bit far away from the Old City but we enjoyed the walk anyway.

Stuff at the reception is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is quite expensive (12 EUR) but there's a lot of options outside the hotel

No DND cards (housekeeping entered our room several times)

It was clean and a nice bargain for Nice in spring.

very small lift could not even take a couple with a suitcase vey late checkin time at 3pm half the day is gone after a long flight you just wait for the room to b available no luggage storage room: its placed at your own risk in the witing lounge luggage should at least be tagged and checked before anyone takes it out u r afraid to leave it there

hotel has very good location (near the beach and in the city center), very clean, interesting designed rooms, lovely courtyard, friendly service. Good place to stay, when you visit Nice!

a littlle bit lazy wifi

Conveniently placed and the car park was a bonus. Staff most helpful to us non-french speaking. All very clean and well fitted out. Very happy with our choice.

Liked all aspects of the hotel.

The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean with lovely sitting room to relax and have a glass of champagne or just read a book.

The staff were very polite, and check-in and check-out was undertaken with minimum fuss.

Possibly the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in - constant noise throughout the night. The bath was so small it was impossible for me to have a bath. Also, breakfast was supposed to start at 7.30am - it was at least 30 mins later than that and never really seemed to get into its swing. The 12 Euro buffet breakfast didn't seem to exist - I would recommend taking breakfast at one of the many local cafes instead.

Really nicley presented air conditioned hotel that's excellent value for money and in the perfect location for a visit to Nice. It's in a pretty courtyard just off the Promenade des Anglais opposite a really good local super market and close to bars and restaurants only 15 minutes walk to the old town and very near various useful bus routes to places like the fabulous Marc Chagall museum. The breakfast is good and, yes, the lift is tiny but you can fit two people in or one person with luggage so does its job and is much better than having to take everything by stairs.

Some of the decor could do with a bit of a touch up (fresh coat of paint etc).

Nice location next to the seaside. The hotel had a nice modern interior and the staff are friendly. The onsite parking is handy.

Room with views to the interior garden/patio. Parking can be reserved. The continental breakfast was much better than the equivalent in other hotels: croissant, bread, toasts, butter, marmalade, honey, tea or coffee, and orange juice (not natural).

The table in the room was too small, and the white plastic chair did not fit with the rest of the decoration.

Second stay in the hotel, is always a pleasure.Quiet, short distance to beach, old town, bus station. Large supermarket across the street, boulangerie around the corner).Staff very friendly and helpful.I recommend a room with balcony in a upper floor. Smallest elevator on earth, always fun :-)

Having spent a lot of time in hotels in London and Barcelona never booking less than four star I could not believe how large the room was I loved the decor staff were absolutely rating in at 10 room was pristine every day better than many four star I have stayed previously

I hate even adding a negative having loved the hotel so much but there wasn a fridge for water which in summer would be nightmare for me that would affect me bookin it for summer Months

I liked the location just back from the promenade and the room was comfy, clean, staff friendly.

Don't catch a taxi from the train station, $15 euro for 5 mins.
