not one tv programme with emglish
tv didnt work. wi-fi is very poor.
The bed was super comfy. Room very clean. Nice decor. WiFi patchy. Overall good value for money
Good location. Nice staff
We loved the quiet location, it was an easy walk to the Old Town, either along the waterfront or through the streets. I loved the decor and the French themed interior design. The daytime receptionist was fabulous and friendly and has worked there for nearly 25 years. The small supermarket across the road sold high quality items.
The room was a standard room, if I'd known how small it was I would have paid extra for a larger room. It was OK, we just had too much luggage for the room! The WIFI was irritating. The night staff were only mildly friendly when I popped down to say we couldn't get the TV to work. The day receptionist fixed it straight away.
This hotel is centrally situated just steps from the Promenade. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going. The staff both day and night are extremly helpful good humoured and accomadating. The rooms are clean and decorated in cool grey and white. Furnishing is simple but adequate. Rooms with balconies are especially attractive.
The lack of tea making facilities in the room. I think breakfast should be included in the room rate.
At the la villa hotel we were made feel very comfortable the staff were very pleasent and it was a great location
Friendly, helpful staff. Good-sized, nicely decorated room. Great location - a couple of minutes from the Promenade, and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Great value for money, and highly recommended!
Location Breakfast Temperature in the room Welcoming English speaking receptionist.
Should have towels to borough for the beach. Had to sign in to wlan many times. Missed a refrigerator in the room.
Breakfast was good.
The pictures may suggest a more luxury stay, it's a rather normal hotel, not too much to complain about, but not everything is new (e.g. paintings of doors, cupboards,...).
Location, very helpful, friendly staff
Very small room
Beds were comfortable, close to Promenade d'Anglaise. Grocery store across street. Parking very convenient. At check-in staff was very accomodating.
Wifi didn't reach room. Had to use on stairs. Wifi required login each time and login screen didn't always show up immediately. Hotel was a bit noisy, especially early in the morning.
Those proximity to the beach and restaurants was fantastic. Everything was an easy walk. Bus stopped 20 from the hotel.
The wifi connection was very poor. Made it frustrating to book tours and confirm travel plans
Comfortable bed, good location. The only reason to stay here is its location. But it's possible to find cheaper hotels with similar location and same quality. But i must say that, the staff was extremely kind and helpful.
There was not even a drawer in the room. A hotel like this should not be so expensive. Wifi connection was not good, interrupted frequently.
Loved the location of the hotel. There was plenty of eating places which were reasonable and we were lucky enough to see the Triathalon take place. Lovely place to see.
The beach is very stone with only a little bit of sand in one corner.
Location close to beach. Room was reasonably quiet. The staff were polite.
Room was very small and basic. Not value for money. Wifi available in room but kept dropping out, or was slow. Bed coverlet was dirty.
Good location, helpful staff and large, clean rooms.
Wifi was poor and kept disconnecting. The shower drain had bad outflow and bathroom would quickly flood when taking shower.
good location for the promenade
Location Cleanliness of room
Nothing to dislike
Nice hotel. small but nice rooms. Kind staff. Good location
The hotel is just a few meters from Promenade des Anglais and not far from the old town. The room was quite silent. The staff is professional
The furniture is gloomy and the lights in the room are cold.
Good location close to the seafront and other activities. Nice lounge area but without bar.
Highly priced, even by Nice standard. The tiniest toilet I have ever seen!
-very large and comforting bathroom -useful safe inside the wardrobe
-wi-fi service should really be improved -the elevator is slow and too small
Location just 50 metres off the Promenade Anglais, yet in a quiet side street. Car parking in courtyard.
Heavy footsteps audible from the room upstairs were unpleasant but this did not interfere with sleep.
We loved the location and the friendly staff.
The wi-fi wasn't good.
